Need help translating something..
I saw this on youtube for w-inds. bloopers, and tried to translate it but couldn't.
いいじゃない。
オレっすか。
Ii jya nai.
Ore ssuka.
I'm not sure if that made sense or not.. here is the video..

There was some kanji underneath it, but I couldn't read it. Oh, and can someone translate what Ryuichi was saying in the beginning. Again, I can't read kanji yet. (First year Japanese, I'm Chinese but don't know alot of kanji)

I tried.

(First year Japanese, I'm Chinese but don't know alot of kanji) Ii ja nai could mean "it's not good", depending on the context, but it's more likely that it's a colloquial usage, in which case it's more like "It's all right." Kind of like a double negative. Ore ssuka? is short for Ore desu ka?, and means "Is that me?" or "Is it me?" As for reading the kanji at the beginning...uh, that's not Japanese. ^^; I'd normally guess Chinese, myself. I can tell what he's saying though, kind of. The first word is "Are?" which means "Huh?", and the second thing he says sounds like a person's name...Sukamura-kun, or something.

I translated half of this: tenpura ..... 550 yen (Tenpura is a Japanese Fritter) And I want to know how to say the middle part. Is it "uso do nba" or "sou do ban" ? And what does that mean? It's neither of those readings. Read it from top to bottom and you get udon and soba - two types of noodles.

How do you say Hi? And not konnichiwa.. thats so frmal.. i mean the loose "hey whats up" or "hows it goin" hi. anyone anyone? smile

The one I think is spelled ussu, but you never say the last vowel. Usually used by guys, think hawaiian shirts and sunglasses. Another is "yahhou!" Used by girls who are genki and always smiling. Also used occasionally is the English "Yo!', though they give it a slightly different pronunciation, more of a "iyou!"
More often than actually saying "hi", it's typical to say the person's name in greeting instead. "Haruka-kun, o-genki?" "Jii-chan, ohayou!" "Nakamura-san! O-hisashiburi!" etc.
