But Omni, both of those games take place in the past. They are old news. plus unbirths must have been wiped out by someone if they aren't in KH1 or KH2

Unbirths are just creatures that form from darkness itself. No body included. And that Terra, Ventus, and Aqua are attempting to find a source. Xeanhort and is trying to find the 7 princesses. In some crazy events later Terra loses his memory except for the name Xeanhort (And the start of all sora's problems). Aqua takes on the alias Xion to find out more about Xenmas. She is caught and sent to a prison in radiant garden (the reason behind the strange Xenmas cutscene, and why there isn't a fourteenth member later on).
