I only got into anime two years ago, so I haven't seen/read that many anime/manga. I'll go for my top 6
In no particular order:
1. Wolf's Rain (this is my #1)
2. Full Metal Alchemist
3. Fruits Basket (manga only!)
4. Bleach (manga only, except for the Soul Society arc of the anime)
5. Naruto Shippuden
... I can't really think of anymore that I would actually buy/own...
