I'm late on this but...My first game, and still one of my all time favorites, is Sonic the hedgehog 2. Also from the genesis I love the other sonic games, golden axe 2, And the streets of rage series.
I loved the FF's that came out on the psONe except for 8 it was damn annoying. Also I loved The legend of dragoon. I just wish more people knew about it.
I played alot for the n64. The tony hawks, the different marios(sports and parties)starfox, goldeneye, perfect dark....too many to remember.
The Ps2 was my big system-
Ace combat 4&5, FF10&12, Devil may cry 1&3, Burnout Revenge, Metal gear solid 2&3, All the ratchet and clanks(but not deadlocked) Kingdom hearts(the first one was better), Gta 3 and vice city(san andreas tried for way too much) Okami, Shadow of the colossus(Wonderfully brilliant game), Shinobi, Onimusha (especially 3. 4 was epic but 3 i enjoyed the most), The bouncer(was unknown and the story was ridiculous but it was damn fun), The xenosaga (convoluted story but different and interesting game play) Resident Evil 4, I liked Def jam Vendetta even though i usually hate wrestling games, Tekken , Yakuza, Jak 3, War of the monsters, Zone of the enders the second runner
I got a ps3 now and so far I like metal gear solid 4, prince of Persia, The Orange box, Burnout Pradise, and infamous was pretty good but not as much as it should have been, prototype wasn't bad. I have high hopes for the new batman game.
Oh, yeah, I love DDR . Like Really, really, love.

Sadly, I still don't have any of the new gen consoles. (I can't afford them.) You mentioned that you love Kingdom Hearts; I LOVE Kingdom Hearts! xd I did a pathetic job at making a KH profile. I could have copied on from tektek, but where is the fun in that? wink I recently play Okami. That game is addicting and it is so much fun! xd Unfortunately, it loses its luster after you play it once or twice. The new Lonely Star items made me think of this, but two of the best games ever made are Katamari Damacy and We Love Katamari. Seriously, those games are like crack. xd

ON topic. I think the BEST game I have ever played EVER (and I ADORE Kingdom Hearts) is Psychonauts. Seriously amazing game.

I might be able to find it at one of the used video game shops around. I'll definitely look. If it is better than Kingdom Hearts, then is must be amazing.

What I like about it is that it has a really quirky humor and great actual game play. The story is intriguing and the stuff you get to do and collect is just plain fun. Plus, a lot of the worlds and characters are very innovative and there's more depth to the story than a lot of action games tend to be. It's like an action/rpg type game and it's amazing. I would highly reccomend it to anyone.

TV....TV....TV....TV...
I remember Kingdom Hearts I and II. I'm so much of a loser that I have, on the hardest difficulty, both pretty much 99.9% completed. I say that because I'm missing literally one item on KH1, and that is the mushroom you get for bouncing a rare truffle 100 times without dropping him. I'm level 99 with everything else completed - I grinded off of Sephiroth until that level. xD
And on KH2, I have everything at its highest level and all the items, save for the Hades Paradox Cup trophy. For some really weird reason, everything after round...40, I think, kills me in two hits. It's ridiculously hard for some reason, and the only thing I can use is summons.
The Metal Gear series was absolutely amazing, if not a little winded. It was like reading a storybook. ^^ Loved it for what it was worth, and my favorite was definitely 3, which I beat multiple times.

I never got the mushroom thing either. But, I did get the Hades Paradox Cup Trophee. I guess that I'm just cool like that. cool

I'm addicted to a new game (for me) on the x-box, it's called Sudeki, it's a cross between FFIX and Dark Cloud I think, here's a youtube trailer so you can see what it's about, it's pretty neat 3nodding

Umm lemme put it this way, I started a game of it and after 3 days, with gaia, and taking care of the usual stuff in between I'm up to the final quest before the end boss rofl
