Considering that Sephiroth has some kind of weird-a** power over Cloud's mind (that somehow disappears in the final battle, *coughplotholecough*), Sephiroth could easily force Cloud into whatever position he wanted. Therefore, either conclusion is possible.
A. His mama's boy complex forces him into a sense of inferiority, which bleeds over into his sexual desires and forces him to want to be used and abused. Therefore he utilizes his mind control over Cloud to make him his b***h.
B. He's simply just that manly, and his mama's boy complex does not extend as deeply into his psyche as to affect his sexual desires. Therefore, he uses his mind control to make Cloud into HIS b***h.
Either one works for me. Mansex is mansex. <3

Sefiroth would be a seme because of
1)height (come on - he is 2 m tall)
2)age
3)rank
4)Claud's attitude towards him at the beginning of the game
5) Masamune heart
Or they can decide after each battle ( the winner gets all, he-he twisted )
