Chaotic Rose
Congrats on the Kittens. They are to adorable. I hope you find homes for them rather than them go to the shelter but what needs to be done needs to be done. Good Luck with that though. I am not to sure if there is anything you can do on the bedding part. They are just going to have to get used to the different smells because like you said you can't not change the bedding that could be bad for their health. Thank you! Actually, I think we've placed 4 of the kittens into homes (once they're ready of course) so we might not need to put them in the humane society after all
smile The mama has started taking some of the kittens out of the box. So far she only pulls out one at a time, but she doesn't put them back. Luckily she's only pulled out the biggest two, but she doesn't really pay special attention to them once they're out of the box. And the bathroom floor is still really cool, which isn't good for the kittens. I spread an old towel down on the floor, but the next time I went in there, she'd put the kitten down on the linoleum instead of the towel.
I called the vet, and I'm waiting for a call back, but the kittens are only 7 days old, and I'm afraid they'll get sick or die or something if they stay on the bathroom floor for too long.
