ThanatosOfTheEnd My deep thought is if nothing existed before the big bang and all, how did it get started? If nothing was there to cause a reaction, how did it happen? well, seeing as I dont have a good answer to this myself, let me instead quote the answer given by Professor hawkins, possibly the most "intellegent" men in the world: "What was there before the big bang? That is like asking what is north of the north pole..." see, even he doesnt have a deffenant answer.......

"I'm really sorry about your hand" I do a lot of deep thinking. What is it like to do, to not exist...to not feel anymore... Why do people think the way they do? Why does a man (or woman) become a bully, a rapist, a murderer? Why do some people like rock music and others like rap? Is there something out there? Why have humans evolved like we have? Is there an afterlife? How come some people can feel the presences of dead people? There are a lot of questions in life. Most of my questions are personal...what will life be like after my parents split up? What if someone I couldn't live without dies? Was I really too clingy for him? My head hurts.

What I thin about is why do so many patterns mirror themselves in nature? an example would be how planets and asteroids orbit the sun like electrons orbit the nucleus of an atom. Or how a branch of broccoli has the same shape and looks similar to the whole head. there are many of these patterns if you take the time to look.

tend to thk about the most random things and then wonder why I started thinking about them.
For example I'll start thinking about a dog's chew toy, which'll reminds me of my Grandmother's dog Bandit, which makes me think of my Grandmother's house, which makes me think of her porcelain deer ornaments, which makes me think of Bambi, which makes me think of Babmbi's mother dying, which makes think of that episode in Buffy where Willow has to kill a deer to get it's blood to bring back Buffy, which makes me think of Willow's Red hair, which makes me think of Ron Weasley, and then I go off a big random train of thought all about Harry Potter!!!
It kinda scares me the way my mind works.... eek

One time, I saw this picture in our science book. It was talking about radioactivity or neuclear fission or something, and it showed a picture of like, a broken neutron with an electron coming out. So, are neutrons just protons with an electon inside?? I also wonder about how some scientists think the universe will expand forever, but some think it will be like a rubber band and go back. Well, what if the "rubber band" broke instead of going back in? What happens then?

-Well, ive always wondered... Are we in reality? or are we dreaming? the confusing part about this is for me is, if we are dreaming then is it still reality... or does reality even exist? Can what we think/dream in our head be reality? Life itself is so confusing, but i like to think about this when im down. -Why were we given feelings and emotions? -What really awaits us when we die? -What is the actual goal in life?

Nemesis Erinys How much does our mind affect our "reality?" (this one's rather silly, but I think about it from time to time) Do other people see colors the same way as me? I sometimes wonder if what I see as red, another might see as purple or something like that. I mean, we're told what a color is, so we associate a name with that color, but is it really the same color that someone else sees? O.o I think about that one alot. Like, say I was color blind, and I only saw what others would call 'grey'. Lots of different shades of 'grey'. But I thought I saw purple as this version of grey, and red is this one. It usually ends up giving my headaches.

That's what usually happens to me. And when I try to explain them, people get too lost. And even if they don't get lost, I usually end up telling a round-a-bout story..

I've always wondered... you know how people always say that global warming is our fault, or we need to save such-and-such an animal? what if all this stuff is supposed to happen not in the "we're speeding things up" way like, it is supposed to be like that there is supposed to be global warming...its fine, its supposed to happen or, this species is dying cuz its supposed to....yes, its environment is disappearing, but isn't that how other species died? and if other animals crowded out different animals, who then went extinct, and that was "just nature" and perfectly fine, isn't that what we're doing? why is it "just nature" if other animals crowd out animals, but its a horrible thing if we do it?? i mean, its still bad, but what if this is what its supposed to be like question

Because we have technology and "civilisation", we should be the groundskeepers of the planet. We have done something no other animal could do. Beyond crowding, beyond hunting, beyond grazing...we can change the planet (and if you don't think that's true, look at a tunnel being built). With great power comes great responsibility, and we are not being responsible enough! And yes, it has been proven that climate change is caused by humans...so stop making excuses for our species, and start taking the bus!
