*suddenly wants Jelly Bellies*
I had an interesting dream last night. It is odd that I am posting this at 10PM, but I still remember it. I was at my high school and I had some project that I didn't finish. I planned to finish it during homeroom, but I ended up talking to one of my English professors (who was my homeroom teacher in my dream and also happens to be one of my favorite professors) instead. I never got to that class that I had something due in. It was irrelevant to the dream I guess. Anyway, I went outside with some of the other students and we were playing (I guess for PE) in the woods. For some odd reason, my mom was there. While they played, I used my powers. I had the power to control nature. I could make plants grow, flower bloom, the wind blow, and seasons change. However, it took alot of concentration and I usually had to wait several seconds for something to happen. I knew that I had the power, but I was having trouble tapping into it. My mom commented that she didn't have this power, but I assured her that she did too. However, she never even attempted to see if she had any power. It is interesting to note that in real life, my mom is very hard working and she brings in most of the income in our family. I have a very good relationship with my mother. I love when I dream about having powers, but I often have trouble using them. Analyze this?

I dreamt that I was an important attache/advisor to a medieval king, who was in danger of being deposed. The bad guys took his will had hid it in my room which was cluttered with papers, and I was looking for it. Then everyone was in my room and I tried to sign letters into the king's hand (in sign language) to tell him that "i will find it" but I only got to "will" before I realized that there was probably no way that he understood sign language letters because he was a medieval king. So I woke up.

Nebbie Then everyone was in my room and I tried to sign letters into the king's hand (in sign language) to tell him that "i will find it" but I only got to "will" before I realized that there was probably no way that he understood sign language letters because he was a medieval king. So I woke up. I lol'd so hard at this part. xD I have some pretty weird dreams too. If you want to hear more, I'll post them. They'll be copypastes, cause I've already posted them on another site. Man, this dream was weird. I can't remember exactly how it started off, save for that we (by WE, I mean me, Lina Inverse, Gourry Gabriev, and a ton of other fighters and the like) were trying to disarm this barrier so we could kill this giant wyrm beast that was terrorizing the people. So we used a spell that made the energy in souls violently explode with an overcharge, and we attacked the beast. It was like, 3 miles long and was the ugliest piece of s**t I think I've ever seen. I had a combat shotgun, and I worked to blow a hole in its stomache, but it had no effect. It slapped me, and I fell unconscious. Then I was this 12 year old sorceress, and was with her friend. We were playing around, running from her mom and trying to hide in this weird apartment complex, when these guys with guns burst in and start shooting at us. Well I started blasting them with spells, while my friend was trying to find my mom. We got backed up against a wall next to the bedroom, and there was some sort of spell on me to where I couldn't remember the incantations needed to cast my magic. My mom was next to me as an invulnerable, lifeless body, but her real body was in the bedroom. The man said we were a nuisance, so I had to say goodbye to her. I started crying, and I ran up to her and hugged her. I switched to my OWN body (her friend), and I was hugging her too. We were just bawling. She smiled at us and told us to take care. After that, the guy suddenly changed his mind. He called his troops back and left the apartment without another word. I left the sorceress with her mom, and I whipped out my phone and called Cally. I hear a mechanical sort of voice saying, "Please turn to the next page," and her soft little voice saying, "Hello?" We talked for a short while, before I told her I'd let her get back to her homework. I told her to call me back when she was done, but she sounded so...So solemn. Like she had given up any hope for life. I've never heard anyone so depressed before. To kill time, I went on Warcraft to try and make time go further faster. Jamie (different Jamie, NOT my sister) pops in the channel I'm in and says to me, "Can you help me, Nickle?" The world starts warping, and I'm hanging off a metal bar with Jamie hanging on to my arm while we hover over a 40 mile fall. The bar's about to break, so I launch Jamie high in the air to the safety of a nearby valley, where she'd land, maybe break a leg or something, but as soon as I launched her, the bar could no longer support my weight, and it snapped. I started to fall. The world was warping horribly around me, and I suddenly woke up. Any good dream interpreters?

Holy crap! LOL, and I thought I was the only one with the weird epic dream thing going on! I wouldn't know where to begin to interpret a dream like that. :XP:

You think that's bad?
This one's kind of interesting. The furthest back I remember, I'm standing outside of this building, as my DOMO character, Silvine. (Silvine is about 5'7 [which is short considering most people in the game are around 7'2] with blue hair that falls to her shoulder. She also has fox ears and a fox tail.) And I'm greeting people and letting them in with a smile on my face when this school bus comes in and all these kids that I know start popping out. They come over to me, on a field trip I guess, recognize me, and say "Nick?" My mother pulls me aside and says, "SHH! I don't want to deal with that today."
So we go into the building, going all the way around, and I rush upstairs immediately into this broken down bedroom. The whole room is in shambles, one pink bunk bed and a broken down wall on the side. I bust open this wall and push my way through. Using a series of blades that I had brought with me, I push through all these strange monsters that kept appearing out of nowhere through third person, all the way to the end of the path.
Sitting there is this dead yellow firefly thing. I pick it up, and it zooms far away. I followed it and found a way to this ledge that was below. Near the firefly is a mirror. I push a button on this mirror, and a bunch of fireflies are released on this windtunnel path leading straight up. I say to myself that I should probably remember the direction - right.
So I go back out the way I came, and all of a sudden, I'm released out of this military plane, chopping through a bunch of the monsters. I push out through this set of double doors into a courtyard and charge forward some more until I find my friend imprisoned. It also resembled her DOMO characters, Ama and Sarisa, and with them were a clone of each. I have no idea what they were doing, so an army and I rush out with them, protecting them while slicing through demons.
This voice on some PA system comes on and starts laughing at us. Apparently, we were all gonna die, because the demons were about to drop some biological weapon on us. So we hurried through the double doors and we all barely manage to escape. This gigantic green dragon thing pops up behind us, shaking the entire area with its voice and the force of its wings, and drops two huge bags of this green gas, the force of which is too much for the glass on the doors and shatters it It starts to leak out, and it smells as if 40 people just ate a lot of saurkraut and were farting like crazy.
The plane was waiting for us. The group of people and I charged towards it, and I was running pretty slow. Ama and Sarisa (their clones were apparently evaporated by the gas) pulled themselves aboard after a few others, who were all kids I knew, and I pulled myself in last. There was some guy on the inside who I recognized, but couldn't place his face sitting on the edge, with a large gun, hurrying us up.
I laid down in victory, sprawled out on the back of the plane, staring at the ceiling and cheering through heavy panting. Before the plane got moving, my mother started hammering on the wall and woke me up.
There was more to this dream I remembered, but none of it had relevance to that series of events. For example, I traded bodies with someone at some point and screwed two skeletons in that pink bunk bed. because it was what I was supposed to be doing or something. And Don Pablo (that was one of the kids on the bus) came in after me when I went into the bedroom with an Ipod, asking people what the name of the song was he was listening to, which was Sweet Sacrifice by Evanescence.

Well, it's kind of cool to know that I'm not the only person who dreams that they are all sorts of different people/things in dreams. lol Don't even say it Chibi.
I haven't been able to remember any of my dreams lately, although I remember this morning waking up and thinking "Wow, that was a weird dream". It had something to do with kittens being trapped in a bedroom in a dilapidated apartment or something...

I had an interesting thought this morning, that I might go further into sometime today. What if, you know, dreams were really a peek into an alternative universe? You know there has to be an alternate universe where the laws of physics that apply here don't apply there.

Heh. I've actually had several thoughts like that way back when I was little.
It's very possible -- most especially if you consider the idea that the self is composed of three different overlying layers: Body (Physical Dimension; The most restricted of the three), Mind (The Gray/Median; A realm where there lies great power but has a limit), and the Spirit (Upper Level -- The realm of infinity)
I'll explain if desired -- but for now I'll share a strange dream (in summary):
I was wandering around -- each scene capturing an assassin at work. The most memorable scene was of a female assassin dressed as a harlot who was cornered due to her lack of caution. A deformed and ugly man came to save her -- emerging from the most unexpected of places only to surprise and kill everyone in sight. Instead of leaving as the harlot insisted so he wouldn't get caught... he lay there on the ground like a rotting corpse injecting himself with glowing green liquid. His rationale was short and simple: "When even death is bored of you, you tend to work from different angles."

Seeing all of these awesome dreams makes me wish again that I could remember mine...
I think I had one yesterday about a block party, but it was night and weird and there was Halloween lights strung up. I just remember going back to the house and someone thought a fire hydrant was a dog, and for some reason I couldn't seem to keep my balance (like I was drunk or something, and I don't drink -- I'm still underage! o.o") and no one had their housekey.

His rationale was short and simple: "When even death is bored of you, you tend to work from different angles." I know what you mean on the first part - I have quite a bit of control over the second part. Hell, I make my own tranquilizers to calm me down whenever I get pissed. It's funny though - the new serum I made kinda made me dizzy, and apparently I looked like I was tipsy or flat-out drunk or something sweatdrop Might need to change the formula a bit... And, for some reason that quote from your dream sounds familiar. I remember a dream I had a long time ago when I was locked in this huge mansion with a bunch of other people, and there were s**t-tons of zombies running around (no, I wasn't playing RE 1 during this time), and we were all trying to escape. I went into this office building, and suddenly all the entrances and exits burst open and this huge a** swarm came out at me and this other guy. He blasted a hole in the wall and told me to go while he covered me. I never saw him again. I found myself in some underground tunnels, like a parking garage, and met up with this mercenary group, and we drove out of the tunnel only to find ourselves locked in by a great big gate. I went back into the office 'cause I remember my buddy having a key, then I got eaten o.o Then the dream I had last night, I was being pursued by vampires or something, and was trying to rescue survivors. This lady I found tried to shoot an ultraviolet light at me, smiled and hugged me when she found out I wasn't one, then we brought her back to this fortified building. Suddenly, the little girl, Alma, from FEAR appeared and started chasing after me, her head broken and her eyes practically out of the sockets, staring at me with the creepiest look I can imagine. She was chasing me slowly, and I shot at her with my M4, but I ran out of bullets. We ended up running around in circles, just three of us left by the time she chased us to this office, and she caught me, and I woke up o.o I has weird dreams.

You think that's odd? I remember a dream, a continuous reoccuring dream at that, that I used to have back when I was in high school.
I was this elven girl, I lived in a small village in the middle of the woods, near a stream. It was like having another life. Every day, I'd goto the stream with my two best friends, we'd fish and gather wild fruits for meals, sometimes we'd swim in the water and play, like kids normally do. I also had a reed flute that I'd sometimes play while sitting next to the water's edge. Funny thing about this dream... every morning when I'd wake up, it would end, only to pick back up where it left off when I'd go back to sleep, be it for a nap or going to bed for the night. Very strange....

I have been having nightmares about death (murder, illness, executions, etc) ever since my grandfather died. xp I wish that I could stop dreaming for a while. (that is why you haven't seen me in this thread in a long time)
