I got it covered Writer....
Why yes, one can still be goth and wear bluejeans. Just take a look at the Vegas rockabilly scene to see how they incorporate a darker look to that quintessiental vegas lounge act.
a pair of dark deck shoes, some shades, the customary dark bowling shirt, some well placed accessories, and voila! instant goth rockabilly.....just add chains lol.

Ahh, I have no prestige over this for what I consider goth is more the elegant styles of the Victorian and Edwardian time frames and styles.
But as it has been said you don't have to wear black to be "considered goth" I wear bright orange for fun with my pink hair
