How do you make banners?
And how do you get it to show the code for it without actually displaying the banner?

You can usually make banners using Photoshop, MSPaint, or GIMP (pesonally, I think the last two work best).

As for the code-thing...When typing a post, there is a little button that says Code in between the Quote and URL buttons.
