The only petticoat I own is one I modified from a 2 layer squaredance one. smile Of course, I'm still modifying it until I'm satisfied because the crinoline sometimes has a hard time staying fluffed and I'm a beginner when it comes to sewing! I'm nervous about showing it because of how silly certain parts look but it does the job and makes a great bell shape. I will definitely mention the expounded points and am grateful for the references to detail! heart I am very glad I asked for opinions- there is no way I would have found this many suggestions by themselves where I live.
