Well sure, you guys don't associate them with yourselves because they're not you, nor are you them. It's what the public and the media associate them with. It's the whole "Oh, they're wearing black trench coats! GOTHS! GOTHS ARE NEO NAZIS!", and in the intensity of the moment, who really gives a damn what they're associated with. It's afterwards, however, that they need to stop and think about what they're doing, because like it or not, Neo Nazis have, and still do, play a part in the negative image of Goths to the public media.

XXX Zombie Porn I've never connected them with Goth. More punk and sometimes ska. Isn't that more just the typical Skin Head/Rude Boy though, not necessarily the Neo Nazi?

Rellik San XXX Zombie Porn I've never connected them with Goth. More punk and sometimes ska. Isn't that more just the typical Skin Head/Rude Boy though, not necessarily the Neo Nazi? No because the neo nazis were I live are into punk/ska. I only know cause I USED to be friends with them when they were younger. And the neo nazis I've seen in Liverpool are always in the punk/ska clubs.

Ya, if it's not in Europe or Australia or anywhere else like that, I guess it is just an American thing. Just about everyone knows what a Neo Nazi is in America, and we don't take to them very kindly whatsoever, regardless of what music they listen to or how they dress.

I've heard of SHARP. Best of luck to them I say. DioRte Ya, if it's not in Europe or Australia or anywhere else like that, I guess it is just an American thing. Over here in the UK its more BNP/National Front than Neo Nazi's who hold any power.

I have only seen how some foreigners ganged up on a Asian guy, kicking him when he was laying down. I, of course, don't stop those kind of fights since its none of my business but in the end, I did.
According to them, he had a Nazi sign but I told them it was only a Swastika and the whole story behind it. Of course, they called me "Nazi" too but I added also that no only Caucasian people are Nazi only because the most common "portrait" is it. I told them what they just did - kicking a man of another nationality and race while he was laying down, defenceless, what consider racism. They became shocked, apologized and walked off. I told, of course, the Asian guy about the sign and he should be more careful of waving that around.
Other than that, I have a friend that used to be a Neo-Nazi. He thought I was Caucasian and well, he told me all kind of things of "chaning the world" and such. In the end, he felt "betrayed" and I never heard from him again till 2 weeks ago. He had quitted the Neo-Nazi "party" he was in because he fell in love with a girl from Iran.

I had a brief friendship with a Nazi. She was very intelligent and I figured surely I could 'cure' her of these hysterical political beliefs. Of course, I was wrong. It all went south when she heard me listening to Stravinsky and Copeland, because apparently one of them was 'entartet' and the other was a Jew. Last time I ever base a relationship on trying to help someone! xp
But she wasn't a goth. She wasn't vaguely gothy, and didn't fit the pseudo-punk image of Neo Nazis either. She was a real, honest 1940s style Hitlerite (not that this is in any way a good thing). She wore swingdance clothes and Marlene Dietrich suits.
I haven't had much experience with stereotypical Neo Nazis, but I've never really associated them with goth. Maybe that's just because I know better, and I can see how people who don't might confuse the two.

We used to have a group of them at my school. They monopolized the art hallway during lunch. My group of friends shared a couple of mutual friends with their group but I was never actually friends with any of them.

That as a principle is pretty pitiful.
