Mally91 I can't believe she started the book like that. I thought she was trying to tone down the sex. rolleyes How did Anita become the type of person people go to to have sex because they feel sad. Hire an escort for that. >.> I agree... I like how she laid the ground work for Jason's problems but I hope the sex scene isn't too long. I want her to jump right in to the plot.

i haven't seen the sec. chapter yet but i do know that she is already starting the next anita book. the one after Blood Noir as well as finishing Swallowing Darkness.

Yea I know. She works fast even though BN hasn't even come out yet! The next book is suppose to come out I think late November.

OMG, I'm totally stoked, only 20 more days! (US release date) but then months until another Laurell novel... crying I'll have to take this one more slowly so I don't suffer as long.

one more day....actually about 3 more hours!!! as soon as i get off work i am going to the sore and buying it........i wish i didnt have 2 work.....i also can't wait to get my hands on Swallowing Darkness....

I got home from class yesterday to find a package waiting for me from Amazon. Oh the pretty shiny cover. I'm already about a third of the way through. Things are getting interesting.

I scan though it at B&N today. I'm alittle disappoint. From what I read its not bad but I think it should have stay a novella and it would have been better.

I've finished reading Blood Noir yesterday evening(my record time fo English book this long). I still cant decide if the book was great or bad. We found out many things about Jason and his background and the last chapters were quite amazing but for this long book there just wasnt that much happening... Reading it was fun(sometimes I thought I am going too die from laughting), but....

i went and bought the book when it first came out and so far it is a bit disappointing but i don't think that it was to bad. i do hope that more of my favorite characters will show up soon.
