I usually shop at Forever21 for casual lolita clothes as well as for kodona. I love shopping there because aside from H&M and some of Target's clothes line, there isn't really any place in the US where one can shop for loliable things.

I've never been very excited about Forever 21, but every now and then they have some nice things that can be worked into Lolita. I actually wore this dress from there today, over another blouse and it works rather well. smile

Since the weather was on the threatening side, I decided to avoid my nicer pieces, so the only brand piece on that outfit are the meta socks. The OP is Forever 21, the blouse is Charlotte Russe, bow is handmade, petti's handmade, bloomers handmade, and the tights are JC Penney wink I have them in a nude shade, too, for classical. The pattern on them is gooooorgeous. I'm highly envious and now will have to keep my eyes open for them when I next go to Penney's. (:

I fell in love as soon as I saw them. Much more unique than most simple fishnet designs, and less cheesy than most lace tights.

Pretty good for warmth, too? Or just mostly decorative?

Since they're open patterned like a fishnet or lace, they're not incredibly warm, but they offer a little bit just by being another layer, even if it's a thin one.

Oh my! I really liked these ones... I never knew Forever21 had these sort of shirts....I haven't gone shopping in so long...I've been longing too though...But my parents think I only diserve 30 dollers every other month which doesn't go far with the prices of clothing....-sigh- And this jsut made me even more depress....well at least I got a dress comeing my way...on with a carvat...YAY! happy again. =3

Pink Sprinkles Royale I shop in Forever21 and I can tell you. Not any of the girls who shop there know what Lolita is. Yes Forever21 is a store that caters to the Japanese street fashion, But not everyone knows that. And yes I always go in there and see people who dress with jeans, or those ugly leggings. But you shouldnt bash them for not knowing. Simply tell them that the outfit is wrong and give them an example what to wear with it. They can take your advice or just look stupid. Who knows, they could be future Loli's.
<333 you can't completely judge them on what they're wearing. it hard to go through the streets without being wtfed. Some may be in disguise you never know

I've never heard of this store, but Have to say a lot of those tops are really cute!
As for Lolita by themselves, no. But like you said, a cute jumper or something over it with certain blouses it would be adorable. :]

Forever21 has just started shipping overseas, so it's likely that most girls outside of the U.S. or outside of larger cities in the U.S. haven't heard much about it.
EGL on LiveJournal has a few reviews of items from Forever21 [blouses, cardigans, accessories], as well as a few girls willing to do shopping services to buy some of the items for users [international shipping on F21's site is obscenely expensive and many items are only available in stores].
