ya got me there i've never used cream nor oil i use my hands if its stuck i either separate or push together the inner slide and tada good as new i also just slide off anything with my hand

i like using this stuff called trombotine... put someof that on there and spray it with water at least once a day to keep it from getting gummy, and itll be great.
