You could go to mangaupdates.com, click on series info, scroll down and click search by genre. When you get to the list to sort the genre, check doujinshi and yaoi then search. Go to the N section and it will give you a list of doujinshi to download. It also gives you links to sites that have the doujinshi. Aarinfantasy.com is a good site too.

Unfortunately, I don't have a link to my favorite SasuNaru doushinji, but try searching "Chased Angel". It's AWESOME!
