Aww, she sounds like an adorable little handful. I would love a cat that didn't mind water. Have you seen this video of the kitten playing in the tub? I'm totally amazed by it... I still have traumatic memories of bathing the cats when they had fleas, and probably the scars to back them up. whee

Hello, fellow cat lovers!

My name is Tiffany (random people: Hi, Tiffanyyy...), and I have loved cats since I was 3. whee

I have one cat (I used to have two, but we had to put one down.), and her name's Blinky, or Blink for short. She's also a European Shorthair (hooray for cat encyclopedias! : D) 3nodding

We got her when I was three from a shelter, or that's at least what I remember. XD She had a buddy we called Pinky, but we had to get rid of her because she was kinda nuts and my family didn't like that.

Blink and I were pretty mutual back in Florida, she'd sleep in my bed, but she mostly did her own thing. But since we moved, she and I have been BFFs, and she won't let me out of her sight!

Hello. I'm KuraiTsuki and I have two cats.

My oldest cat, Sephi, is a black longhair. She's 5 or 6 years old now. We got her from the Pound, so we don't know exactly when she was born. She's pretty antisocial unless you're my brother. She loves him. No one knows why. Hehehe. We almost lost her last year when she had 14 stones in her bladder. She didn't show any signs of being sick until one day she didn't come up to eat and my mom found her down in the basement on top of a box in a pool of blood. The Vet managed to save her. He said that if we had waited til morning she probably would have died overnight. She's perfectly healthy now, but has to eat special food so she doesn't get stones again.

My younger cat is named Nomi. She's a shorthair with orange and white fur with dark orange stripes on the orange parts. We also got her from the Pound. She's about 9 months old now. My best friend raised her after someone brought her in to her cousin's Vet office. They were going to put her to sleep because she was very, very sick with a respiratory infection, but my friend wouldn't let them. When my friend got her to take care of her, she was so young that she had to be forced to eat and go potty. It ended up taking 4 rounds of antibiotics to get her well again. For a while she had two different colored eyes because they were stuck shut and one was stuck longer, but they've evened out now. She has a ridiculous amount of energy. She even plays fetch. If you sit at the kitchen table and throw a hackey sack into one of the other rooms, she'll chase after it, get it into her mouth then carry it back to the kitchen, hop up on the table and drop the ball in front of you. No one trained her, she just started doing it one day. It's hilarious. I need to get a video up really bad.

User Image - Blocked by "Display Image" Settings. Click to show. it's me kage... just your average fake hair fanatic, quirky artist and airman. i'm 20 years old and have lived with cats since i was 4, among other animal companions.

my current cats are two brothers; two of four kittens i rescued from a neighbor who had basically left them stranded with no mother, food, water or shelter in the heat of august. i had snuck down to feed them several times but it wasn't going to be good enough in the long run. so... much to the dismay of my cat milo and my dad i gathered them up and took them home. the two dogs i had at the time were ecstatic to have new playmates. the two kittens we didn't keep were taken to the humane society and adopted with in 48 hours.

smokey: also called smoo, smokes, spazz, cat-tard, cat-butt and the gray ghost. he's a smoky gray color with a little white spot on his belly, which he loves to have rubbed. he is very, very long and skinny. he also seems to have ADHD, the cat can't sit still for the life of him. smoo is a terrible mouser... instead of keeping mice away he brings them inside and lets them go. he's also pretty destructive, he loves to kill house plants. his first night at my house was spent eating all 4 of my cacti >_<. lucky for his butt, he's very affectionate and friendly. he is also quite quirky, he has an odd number of nipples and his claws don't retract.

tigger: also called tiggs, tiggy, garfield, t-man, big guy and little buddy. tigger is very shy and only likes me for some reason. he's a gorgeous stripped cat, tan and black. he's very stocky and in the winter he gets quite a pot belly because he's lazy. he loves food- especially peas. and he loves to cat nap. when he's not sleeping or going out and beating up other cats he's begging for food. he's very special to me, he always comes to comfort me when i'm feeling down and sometimes he just likes to surprise me by hiding in my pillow case. he reminds me so much of my baby, milo who passed away from feline leukemia not long after we got the kittens.

milo was a very special cat. he was a stray and a gorgeous longhair blonde and white tabby. he was a bit of a bully at times, and known for getting revenge on my brother but he was a great cat. my favorite story about him stands as proof of his intelligence and loyalty: one summer my brother and his friends had our hamsters outside in the yard. they heard the ice cream truck and rushed out to get some ice cream- forgetting about the little fuzz balls. a few hours later my brother finally remembered them and we went searching. his hammy, checkers was easy to find. she had gotten her little fat butt stuck in a chain link fence. my hamster however, was long gone. we search for hours, i was heart broken.

four days later during my bed time story milo came in and kept pushing at my mom's neck. she thought he was just being annoying and pushed him away. finally he was like "ok you stupid human, take it!" and dropped the hamster right on the book. i was elated to have amy back.

milo and amy had a strange bond considering milo was an expert and avid mouser. he had adopted her, he would clean her and tote her around like a kitten. when amy died he was very sad, but he never adopted another one of my hamsters.

Hi, I'm Jessica, and I love cats! Right now I have three.

Autumn, nine, is a longhair calico and she likes stinky things. whee She likes feet, and shoes, and taking naps on dirty laundry. She's a real sweetheart, and also the mouser of the family. We got her after our old cat, Smokey, died of kidney failure when I was 11. She was supposed to be the only cat we were going to get...

Callie, eight, is Autumn's total opposite. She's a calico too, but shorthaired and mostly white while Autumn is mostly black. She's fat, Autumn's skinny. Callie hates feet. She likes boxes. If there's a box lying around, she's probably in it. She's also kinda sick, she was the runt of her litter; we rescued her off of a farm where my dad was working. Now that she's older, she's started to be more of a lap cat. She's also the social one; Autumn hides when people come over, and Callie's there at the door rubbing against them.

Misty is our newest addition. She's a grey tabby (although you can't tell unless you look hard, her stripes kind of blend in), about six months old now. We got her from my mom's friend; the friend was moving and couldn't take her cat, Buttercup, who'd just had kittens. We took Buttercup, Gary, and Misty (there were two other kittens who'd already been adopted) for a while; Gary was already spoken for, we found a place for Buttercup, and...Misty stayed. Callie hates her, Autumn tolerates her, and when she's not busy causing trouble she is very much a lap cat, curling up right in your face and she purrs constantly.

hello, i'm cardi and i love cats. right now, i have two living with me.

one is named mitts. i call him mittens for short (yeah, it doesn't make sense). i adopted him about a year and a half ago, when i got my own apartment for the first time. he used to be a stray before he was rescued and taken to a no-cage, no-kill cat shelter. the first time i saw him at the shelter, he was in the "recovery" room with a bunch of kittens. i told the counselor that he looks awfully big to be a kitten, and she explained that he's there because he's taking antibiotics for his paw infection. i was able to take him home that day, but i had to pill him for 11 more days to finish his antibiotic treatment.

mitts is a big, blue-and-white tuxedo medium-hair with a long, fluffy tail and large, white paws. he also has a pair of large, expressive eyes. more importantly, he has the sweetest temperament ever. he often gives me gentle headbutts, and if he feels i am ignoring him, he would tap my leg with one of his large paws. he loves simply being in the same room that i am in and would often follow me around the house. at night, he would sleep close to the front door, as if he's a guard dog.

my second cat is named grumbles. i got her half a year ago, after i learned that i got a full-time job lined up after my graduation (yay!). i got her from the same no-cage, no-kill shelter. i figured mitts needs a kitty friend because he's a very social cat. i found grumbles in the same room that i found mitts in. she was still under quarantine because she just arrived at the shelter. she came from a hoarding case, where she was found with 170 other cats. sadly, only 30 of them survived.

grumbles actually looks a lot like mitts. she has a pretty little face and big, expressive eyes. she's smaller than mitts, but she's built on the same scale. she's also a medium-hair, with a very glossy black coat that has a white patch on her chest and another white patch on her belly. she has quite a temper. in fact, she's tagged as "need to be an only cat." but she's just so pretty that i had to adopt her.

well, now mitts gets his jollies from annoying her, and grumbles hates him more than ever. she snuggles up to me in bed at night. whenever i stay at my computer for too long, she'll pad into my home office, jump up on the desk, and sit by the desk lamp where it is warm. both mitts and grumbles are three, but their personalities couldn't be more different.

while i was growing up, we always had at least one cat in the house. when i went away to college, i had to live without cats for about 8 years. it's finally nice to have cats in the house again! <3

Hey, I'm Blue. I've got 3, possibly 4 cats. 3 are my own, 1 I'm cat-sitting for a friend who I get the feeling is not going to take him back.

Oreo is my oldest. She's a short haired, black and white female who is almost two years old. Her full name is Oreo McCookietin the Third, that just may have been my doing. xD She's a complete spoiled brat and an attention whore. She's loving half the time, and a complete snob the other half.

Mercury is my next oldest. He is a short hair, orange tabby cat and he's coming up on one year the end of February. He is the sweetest, most adorable thing, but he's a few bricks short of a full oad, if you catch my drift. You look at his face and you can tell there's not much going on in that head of his. He's my special boy, he's a complete sook for me, but not so much for my fiance. He's also easily spooked, but that's because he was kept in a cage beside lots of barking dogs. He also has an extra toe on each paw.

Esper is two weeks younger then Mercury. He's a short hair, grey, black and white tabby. He is an absolute monster, but not in a bad way really. He's very friendly to humans. When he was still with his litter mates and mother, he ate his brothers, sisters and mothers whiskers. He was the only one still walking around with whiskers. I like to joke and say that "he's so bad a**, his favorite toy is a cigarette package", which is actually true. He's horribly possessive of a balled up cigarette package. He also sleeps less then the other cats then walks around meowing because he's bored. Then, when no one pays attention to him still, he gets into trouble to get attention.

The one we're babysitting is named Walter. He's a medium fur, orange tabby. I'm not sure how old he is, but he hasn't started spraying yet. He looks like a little Mercury, but he has two extra toes on each paw. He's a little weirdo, he sucks on all the other cats in various places, and sucks on his own leg. He snores loudly too. He's a huge sook though and loves attention. The other three cats don't like him too much since he's pretty annoying to them.

Ello...I would be sunshine, though I answer to Sunny. 3nodding I'm what, fifteen? Between me and my Mom, we have seven cats, six females and one male. I may as well start from the oldest and work my way down.

Lilly - My oldest cat, and the one I got when my first cat died. She is the only cat we have now that my Dad ever saw, and she adores me over my mother. She's very tempermental, and tends to enjoy biting my elbow when I don't pay her attention. Now she's taken up spilling water bottles on the keyboard and batting pens off the desk, apparently the elbow biting wasn't suitable anymore. She's usually up on the computer desk with me; for example right now I am being stared at.

Abby - A stray my Mom took in, Abby is a calico who's very soft and really shy. She likes me on occasion, though I rarely get to pet her because she much prefers my Mom over me.

Daisy - I picked her out as a kid, she was also a stray and is very skiddish. She spends most of her time in the kitchen, laying in a cardboard box by the railing. She rarely wants attention, and whenever I attempt to pet her she squeels like I'm stabbing her...I have since learned to just live with her because the squeeling hurts my ears. xD

Zoey - Zoey is Daisy's siter, who is much closer to my Mom than me. She's orange and brown stripedish and a very muscular looking thing. She spends most of her time sleeping under the bed upstairs, and I rarely see her except when I make turkey or chicken sandwhiches and she magically appears to beg.

Bailey - She's my marshmallow wolf girl. Grey and white, she's not persian but a very squishy short - haired cat. She purrs like crazy when I pet her, and I often fall asleep on the couch with my head on her stomach. xD Also, she has what my friend calls smokers meow because she makes more of a "mehhhh" noise rather than meowing.

Ellie - Bailey and Mikey's sister, we got her when the people behind us had yet another litter of kittens which we decided to adopt as outdoor cats. Once one of the four went missing, we took the other three in. Ellie is very skiddish, and obviously the least socialized as a kitten. She's mine though, and will let me pet her only in my room because I always keep the door closed. She's a very sweet cat, and loves to sneak in my room in the mornings and drink from my Mom's sink.

Mikey - He's our only male, who I insisted my Mom let inside even though she thought he would spray. He is yet to, but with the addition of the "kittens" we're thinking that both Zoey and Lilly are the culprits of the periodic peeing in the house. Mikey is...a complete ham, spoiled brat, and totally disobedient. He's often on the counter, and gets tablescraps every night at dinner. He adores chicken, pb&j, turkey, fudgesicles, yogurt, popcorn, and lettuce. When he's not begging, he's sitting on the counter or laying in the sink, be it the kitchen sink, my Mom's sink, or my bathroom sink. He visits me at night after I shower, and holds up my going to bed by refusing to let me brush my teeth. He also confuses himself with dogs a bit, and always brings us a toy ball to play fetch with. Along with Daisy, Mikey loves sleeping in cardboard boxes, which he is doing behind me at the moment.

(Can you say "long post"?) xD

Hello all! My name is Nire (see: Username xd ) and I'm a proud lover of animals. My favorite animal is, of course, cats. Big cats, little cats, fluffy cats, tailless cats - you name it! My love of cats even carries over to other things in my life: favorite movie is "Felidae" and my favorite book series is "Warriors."

I only have one cat, but she means the world to me. Her name is Sassy, and she's a medium-sized, slightly overweight, brown tabby-and-white American shorthair. Most of her time is spent sleeping in my room, except when she's rolling around on the living room floor or following me everywhere. She's very friendly - the friendliest cat I or anyone else I'm acquainted with has ever known - though there are times when she seems to be about as bright as a sack of potatoes.

Man, I love her so much~! heart

She's really cute when she's mad, too. Whenever I come back after being gone for more than a few hours, she comes over to me, sniffs at me a little bit, and then proceeds to pout. I'm not kidding - she'll literally sit 3 feet away from me with her back turned, and not let me pet her for about twenty minutes. Then she's all over me. Honestly, it's almost too cute for words.

Tigger
A complete clumsy cluts, hes very talkative and wuvs lovely long strokes and going under my bed covers.
Noel
Moody. A complete moodiness. I suppose it comes out of having like 100 kittens lawl. We sadly had to sell them to make money though, shame.

Hey i'm kat! (how ironic stare ) or you can call me Zeriuh. I'm really glad i was invited to this guild, cause i adoreeee cats!

Well, i have 2 of my own, Flip and Puzzle.

We saved them at the age of 3 weeks old when the pound was gonna kill them because their parents were eaten my dogs found in the neighbor's backyard. eek Flip and Pooja (my nickname for her) had dozens of other sisters and brothers, but they were all adopted. smile Well, i hope.

Now they're both about 6-7 years old. It seems i've known them all my life that i've actually lost count to how old they are. Oh well, our vet knows. haha

Flip; an adorable American short haired cat. soo frickin cute! he's my baby. and i can't sleep without him.

Puzzle: my adorable fat calico. correction, enormous calico. (don't tell her i said that) my mother's baby who loves her to death.

That's for my introduction, i hope i can be all of your friends! smile
