For my 5th I was on a mission in Texas for my church. But recently was my 10th and I toyed with going, but in the end decided I did not feel good enough physically OF emotionally and didn't go. Maybe someday. I dunno.

I was invited to my 5 year, but did not go. Never heard about the 10. Now coming up on the 20. I figure if I am notified I will go, if nothing else to have a few laughs, yes at the expense of others. rofl

I didn't go to my 10 year. To be honest, they wanted me to pay too much for me and my husband to go and have dinner as see people I didn't like anyway. I still keep in touch with the ones I really cared about, the rest, BAH! Didn't like them then, wouldn't like them now.
Plus, I was closer friends in school with people older and younger than me. I had very few good friends in my class.

I went to a 10 year reunion with a date of mine and seeing I didn't know anyone I got stuck sitting with the popular girls of the day. Boy they suck butt that's for sure. My date left me with them and he got drunk. I end up looking for him and we was hanging out in front of the womens batheroom with some guys and a few girls. He end up running past me telling me he's buying a drink for one the girls he use to like in school and asked if I wanted one. You can say I end up getting a call from his other friends wondering if I wanted to join a none reunion camp party at the lake. I told my date I'm gone and I'll see him at the lake if he's not to hung up with the girls.
As for my reunion I'm dying to go to one. Just to laugh at the popular kids and see how some people turned out. So far I haven't heard of one yet. cry

I will not be going to my high school reunion for one of two reasons. One is that I might be living in Texas and the other is that I was teased a lot in high school and going back would bring back those awful memories. cry

Even if my high school had a reunion, I wouldn't be able to go. I quit school early and got my GED, due to the fact that I lost interest in school.

I went once in my grade school reunion *1993 was the last elementary year so we all met 10 years later which is 2003* that is much more meaningful and memorable because the little boy that used to be bullied stood the tallest among us. All of us girls turned into young ladies which to the guys' dismay, why we are single while most of them are married.
In high school, I have lots of friends in different groups which is because most of them have life problems back then and thus always cling on me for advices. So at my first reunion, one of my classmate invited us to her 18th birthday. I was not comfortable on a semi-formal occasion. The big change is that everyone are going on with their lives as college students that time. At the second reunion, my best friend *who is much more like a sister to me than my real one; she was my mortal enemy back in elementary but we got along because of anime* suddenly pulled me and not knowing why until I stood face to face with one of my high school crushes. I remember him as muscular so I was shocked to see him because he's overweight.

I don't know if I would have gone... but I'm wondering if I should be offended that I wasn't even invited? redface

I didn't go to our 5 year reunion - I was living in another state. I don't think I'd have gone anyway. I went to our 10 year one...for an hour. I soon realised that I'd kept in touch with almost everyone I wanted to keep in touch with, so there was no real point in my being there. I can't see myself going to another one. Apparently someone thought that the 10 year was such a great event that they want to have one every year. eek

I didn't hate school, but I also didn't bother to go to our ten year reunion, I just wasn't interested, for pretty much the same reasons Sablara says should probably won't go to another one.
