Lance rolled a part through the sand before he got up. "Damn you..."
"Why can't you take on someone with the same power?" he asked and released the sword from his back.

Sasha side-stepped Caroline's punch, dodging it a little easily. There was no way she was going to lose again to someone like her. Curling her hands into a fist, she counterattacked, aiming for the girl's stomach.

"Because," started Joseph, "People like me don't play fair." He put his right arm in front of him and curled his hand into a fist. Then Joseph swung his arm, hurling Lance another couple yards away from where he was previously standing. "Duh."
Caroline immediately went sideways and grabbed onto Sasha's arm, pushing her. "When it comes to hand-to-hand combat, I'm not gonna be beat easily, got that?" she snapped, "So don't even try." She jumped back a few yards away hurling nearby rocks at an amazing speed.

She quickly created a shield, fending off most of the rocks that came at her, a few even denting her shield. "Hand-to-hand, huh? Then stick to close-range, or you'll get hurt," Sasha replied, smiling a little mischievously. The sea water shot up in a flash from behind Sasha, flying about six feet into the air before it all shot out at Caroline, spiked and hardened into ice.

Lance "flew" another few yards away falling in the sand. "That does it..." he stood up and took one of his blades out of his sword and rushed towards Joseph. "No matter what it takes, I will get you down"

Caroline rolled her eyes. "Water and ice magic, again?" she asked. The frozen water immediately stopped a couple feet away from her. "Idiot, did you forget?" she said. Caroline grinned, instantly sending them back at Sasha and charged towards her, her right hand curled into a fist and pulled back.
"We'll see about that," Joseph said, a slightly bored look on his face. He turned sideways as he took a step back, narrowly dodging the attack. "So you play with swords, huh?" inquired the red head. He took a few long strides throwing blasts at Lance.

((I should bring Tohru out. See how Caroline fends THAT off ^^))"Nope. Didn't forget," Sasha said, dodging her own attack. The sea water stirred a little, carefully sneaking away from the source and crawling through the sand, ever-so-carefully edging towards Caroline; sure, it'd take a while. But if she was careful, then she'd manage.

"Wait, this guy is a mind reader..." he though again.
Lance missed the attack and quickly dashed back again blocking the strides with his swords. "This is not playing anymore..."
He put his smaller blade back in his sword and changed it for another. Lance dashed towards Joseph again and kicked an amount of sand in the air before he striked again.

Caroline instantly felt the water in the sand. Despite the sand's very tiny size, they were still earth. Every time the water crept along, it was painfully obvious to the girl. I'll just play along, don't need to tell so soon. she thought. "Whatever," muttered Caroline speedily turning around and starting a series of punches and kicks.
Che, sure am. thought Joseph. He smirked. Not playing anymore? "Oh really?" he asked, an amused look on his face. Joseph held his arms in front of him, forming an 'X' shape. Luckily, he made a barrier to block the sand and strike as well.

((Blech. I'll let you know what I, personally, despise Marianne DX))Sasha did her best to fend off the attacks, creating little shields on her wrists when she couldn't dodge completely. At one point, she ended up stumbling and falling back on the ground.
Tohru stopped at the beach once he felt something was wrong, looking around the general area; something. . .just wasn't right at all. That much was obvious. Letting out a small sigh, he ran a hand through his hair, finally spotting a disturbance. He guessed that the attackers were part of Sendoran's group. What surprised him was that he found Sasha! "Now, just what the hell does that girl have going through her head?" he muttered under his breath.

"Here I go!" he thought. He used the opportunity to attack. Lance jumped up from the ground on Joseph's arms and from there in the air. He threw one of his swords down towards Joseph and landed behind him to hit a second time.

"Che." Caroline muttered, her face serious. I knew she'd fall down sooner or later. Now to keep it up. she thought. She quickly spun around and landed a kick on Sasha's stomach.
Joseph stumbled to the ground. His instincts starting to kick in, he immediately began to scramble away. Though the first sword managed to tear the right sleeve of his jacket. "Oh man! I liked this jacket!" complained Joseph, quickly hopping back on his feet.

((True, true. So very true.))Sasha gasped, shivering a lightly as the air in her was suddenly knocked out; she definitely didn't need that again. Yet just how was she supposed to get up now?
Tohru narrowed his eyes before reaching into his pocket and pulling out a metal ball no larger than a marble, edging closer towards where Sasha and her opponent were; he hated how she didn't have experience in fighting. Cursing quietly under his breath, he threw the metal towards Caroline, the thing breaking into pieces and shooting out at rapid speed.

"Dammit, This isnt working... at least I managed to scratch him unlike the last time" he thought.
Lance stood up and grabbed the sword in the sand. He coughed a few time before he layed his eyes on Joseph. Lance knew he wouldnt last out much longer, if he could he would end it now.

"I wonder how long you'll last. Saa..." pondered Caroline, her expression still serious-looking. She kicked Sasha so she was on her side and her eyes wandered over to the side, sensing another person. Her arm swiped over the ground, knives of ice suddenly shooting out towards the pieces. Each knive hit a piece except for one.
She scowled as one of the pieces went past her cheek, a crimson line forming. Caroline narrowed her eyes and lightly tapped the ground with the toe of her shoe, a crack started to form and headed straight towards Tohru. Then she took a few steps away from Sasha.
Joseph smirked as he read Lance's mind. "Can't last much longer, huh? Too bad." he sneered. His love of toying with people began to kick in and he decided to let Lance suffer a bit more. Arrogantly smirking, he threw a couple of psychic blasts at him.
