Mokusei You know, going back to think about it, maybe he's a seme. He PWNS, people. If he can be tennis champion, get the highest grades in school, be a martial artist, eat inhuman amounts of sugary foods every day without gaining a pound, not sleep for days, process so much information at once he's almost a computer, fly a helicopter, and be three of the world's greatest detectives without anyone even knowing his name until he wrote it down, he's probably got enough skills to be seme.
I just have to point in something about his 'martial artist' skills - in the Novel, we learn that he learnt that from watching Naomi Misora fight off a sudden attacker (of course, he was just watching from behind a computer screen) and in the end of the novel he actually meets her (though she doesn't know who he is) and they start fighting - and Naomi kicks him down a flight of stairs rofl - So Naomi totally owned him.
But back to the topic - I think it could be both ways. I mean, both Raito and L are REAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAALLY stubborn - I don't think they would submit without a fight. Then again, I like L uke better because, in opposion to Raito - he doesn't have that much social skills. Come on people, he doesn't. And after spending his entire life as a hidden detective (he met Watari when he was 8 - helping out with a case *info courtesy of the novel*) I doubt he has any experience in sexual activity with another human being.
Raito - on the other hand - probably has. I don't doubt it for a second.
At any rate. So that makes me like uke-L better, but well, since he totally owns Raito's a** in fighting (and, as said before - Naomi Misora owns L) Raito's fighting skills are about the level of a sissy uke. So if we consider that, Raito could be uke, and then...
See where I'm going? rofl
So in my world, it can be either-or - both of them are just too stubborn (and too prideful) to go down without a fight.

I don't really think that proves anything at all. Light could be an uke or seme if he wants, or if the fanfic/art creator wants.

Lol. Meh. I still think that in a canon way, this pairing would not happen. I don't think that L would ever feel comfortable being with the person who he suspects highly of being Kira. And Light's pride, I believe, wouldn't allow him to stoop to such lows with L.
But, I know, I know. Rule 34 and all that. *rolls eyes*
