I don't think your last name matters
I mean it can be in background your are a decedent
but it was never clear, till the day your awaken your Sharingan
blah blah blah
but implants never go over well
cause that would mean its always active
meaning you would have to close your eyes or something
also using it would cause more of a strain on you
then a normal ol Uchiha
