I usually take ibuprofen and then a nap when I have a headache. Then again, most of my headaches are full-blown migraines, and if I don't take a nap, I'll end up puking my guts out. :3

I...usually go and take a nap...after I wake up, I feel tons better.
Of course, when my back is bugging me, I can't sleep at all, so I usually take some Aleve, and that helps.
