Black watched as everything happened in the base. Suddenly, he couldn't stand waiting anymore. He stood up and started walking outside. He gave the excuse of 'I'm going to get some fresh air' to all who asked. Once he was outside the base, he looked at Ganondorf's tower and ran off. Black quickly hid behind one of the few trees there were and made sure no one was following him. He saw no one in sight, so he continued onward. After a while, he neared the castle and glared at it. "Ganondorf..." Black looked around for a secret entrance, but couldn't find one. Suddenly, he had a great idea; he would make his own secret entrance. He looked around for a while, then looked up at one of the windows. "Probably the best place to enter undetected." He nodded to himself and ran up to the wall. If he used his powers over clouds, several people would see him, so he pulled some more metal out of his pocket and made something that would be equivalent to suction cups. Black looked at his two climbing tools, then at the wall.He took a deep breath and placed one of the two climbing items against the wall, then placed the other one much higher. He tried to pull himself up, then shook his head. For him, there was a much easier way of scaling a wall, than using his arms to pull himself up. He quickly let go of the items and grabbed some more metal. He grinned and attached that metal to his shoes. Now, whenever his feet touched the wall, he could easily force the metal to, in a way, stick to the wall. Black nodded again and grabbed the two climbing items again, then proceeded to scale the wall. In a town of sadness, such as Ganondorf's new empire, no one would notice one person climbing the black walls of Ganondorfs castle.

((Quick question: is the castle floating like before, or just a dark version of the original?))
Assis stepped out from behind the gate, walking into the open upon the path. He stared up at the castle wall, watching Black make his way up it with what seemed to be some sort of chains. Although Black could have flown, he had chosen to take the wall. Lucky him, having the advantage Assis did not. Assis, instead, would have to basically make himself known to the world to get up to the top. Still, he had evaded the man a second time. Whoever this guy was, he was sure strange. He had ran straight past Assis as if he weren't even paying attention. Well, better off anyway, that he would not be stalled by another encounter. However, would the man cause him trouble in the future? Or, was he planning to take on Ganondorf by himself?
Assis would find out soon enough. For now, he had to check on Romani. He took off into the street, stoping at the first corner. Looking both ways, he waited for someone to show up. Not even a stray dog. At the next street, still nothing. He was making sure to keep himself low as he passed by each building. Nearing the bridge, he knew that something was wrong. For the fact that he hadn't seen anybody, he knew that Romani was in trouble. That elemental had to have reached her by now. Just one more street to cross before the bridge. He still couldn't feel the cold aura which the man had boasted. Damn, if he went any slower than this....

((Uh, no... Ganondorf's castle is not floating over a lake of lava, like in OOT. And Hyrule Castle was destroyed, so it's not a dark version of the original. It looks like the one in OOT, but not floating.
Oh, and White and Black can't really fly. They have control over the clouds, not the wind.))

The guards were becoming impatient with Link. Clearly the bait for Envy was not working, and they were waiting on Ganondorf for nothing, but they didn't dare speak back at him, or try to change his mind about the plans. So, they entertained themselves with Envy, mainly pulling at her dog ears and tail, pushing her around and when she tried to get herself away they pushed, or kicked her to the ground. Hearing a small crack when one of her rib broke, she cowered to the ground, trying not to move to provoke the guards in hitting her again. She felt tears leaked past her violet eyes and worked their way down her cheeks when one of the guards grabbed her by the dog ears and laughed. He tossed her against the wall, hearing her gasp and slide to the ground. Apparently becoming bored with their play thing, they returned to their posts, leaving the little Inu to painfully curl up into a ball, large bruises all down her arms, and hidden beneath her shirt from her broken ribs. She almost had to gasp for air just to keep oxygen to go into her lungs. It hurt to twitch her ears due to the grabbing the guards were doing. She gasped, tasting blood in her mouth.

Soon enough, Black was at the window, then inside the castle. He made a quick look around the area before running off to find Envy. He saw two guards walking toward him. He jumped up and hung from the roof, listening to what they said. They were laughing about something they had just done. Then, they mentioned a girl with dog ears, and how they had just beaten her. Black's anger sky rocketed when he heard that. He dropped down behind them and grabbed the left one's neck, twisting it until it snapped. The other gaurds turned and looked at Black, but not before he grabbed the guard's throat and squeezed it until it bled. Black left the guards on the ground and rushed off in the direction they had come from. "Envy... I will save you." He clenched his fists and looked around again. With his superb vision, he spotted a gigantic door. Figuring that Ganondorf would probably flaunt his power with a huge and menacing door, he rushed toward it and opened the doors. Ganondorf didn't seem to be around at that moment. He was probably sleeping. But when Black saw Envy laying on the ground, he darted over to her. "Envy!" He knelt down beside her and lifted her head up in his arms. "Envy..." He bit his lip when he saw her wounds. But he made that he had made those guards pay.

Envy winced when Black lifted her up. Her eyes were close at the moment so she assumed it was another guard back to 'play with her'. Her body to weak to process what Black was saying, it was all a haze. "Please, just... kill me..." She said, more tears moved down her cheeks. She opened her eyes to see it was Black who was holding her. She felt her heart pound with excitement, but she turned her head away. "Go away..." She murmured, "You're pretty good at that..."
(Just to let you know Sheikah, I understand that Black only left because I was gone for a while, but this kind of gives me something to run on with this relationship. Sorry, Black'll have to deal with Envy's distrust for a while, until he can gain it back)

((Uh, no, actually Black went after Envy because he wanted to save her. It shows his devotion to her.))
Black felt shame sweep over him when she said those simple words. "I'm sorry... I should never have let you run off like that..." He continued to hold her in his arms, though. Even if she became mad and clawed his face off, he wasn't going to let her go ever again. "Come on, we have to go. You can kill me later, but I'm going to get you out of this place." He looked at the chain that bound her and broke it with his powers. Then, he quickly proceeded to take the harsh metal collar off her neck. He picked her up in his arms and walked toward the huge door again.

Envy struggled with what strength she had left in her. "Let go! I don't need you! I don't need anybody! Leave me alone!!!" Envy weakly transformed into a dog and leaped out of his arms, limping weakly away from him. She felt her legs give out and collapsed onto the floor. She felt more tears move their way down her face, and tasted more blood in her mouth.

Black ran over to Envy and picked her up again. "I'm not letting you go!" He held her tightly as he walked through the hallways. Soon, their voice caused some guards to notice. Black cursed as he ran with Envy in his arms. He ran until he could see the entrance, but then he saw Ganondorf. He cursed again and looked back. Several guards were following them. Black decided to try and run past Ganondorf. But if he couldn't... He tried not to think about it as he ran for the way out. But Ganondorf quickly ran up and elbowed Black in the stomach. He fell to the ground, still holding Envy. "Envy... I'm sorry..." He knew it was useless to try and do anything now.
Ganondorf laughed at Black's futile attempt at escape. "Take these two fools to the cells." Now with three members of Link's team, he would definitely come out and try to get them back. And if he didn't, Ganondorf would at least have a few new rebel heads to decorate the castle with.
The guards wasted no time in pulling Envy from Black's arms and picking him up. They took the two to the cells and threw them both in one.
Black was hit too hard in the stomach. He couldn't do much more than clutch it at that moment.

Silence was about to move when he heard something cut the air. He slashed, severing a black hand that had sprung up from a black hole in the ground. A screech erupted as the part of the limb still attached to whatever was withing the hole retracted and the hole closed. He turned back just as a large club swung at him. He swatted at it, sending it into the ground and out of the wielder's hand. The skeleton let out a yell, swinging a hand that was caught by Silence, twisted, then broken off. He slashed his arm blade at it's easy-to-reach backbone that made it fall into two pieces. He crushed the skull that fell in front of him, the rest of the skeleton suddenly stilling. He spread his arms out and his arm blades suddenly flew out on cables, cutting down and destroying hundreds of small skeletons at his sides. He swung his arms and the blades flipped, killing more skeletons. They suddenly retracted, getting into a ready position as more of the undead walked towards him and Nona.

Envy felt them thrown into a cell, half of her was glad that she was put back with Black, the other half couldn't stand the sight of him. She detached him from her and moved over to a corner. She was ready to die, whatever Ganondorf did to them now, didn't compare to the hurt she felt in her heart. She curled up in a corner, her head pounding.

Black looked over at Envy and slowly crawled over to her. "Envy... Please... I'm sorry... I... I screwed up... I'm sorry..." He hung his head low. He knew she wasn't going to forgive him with a simple 'sorry'. He sighed and slowly backed away.
(Hey, Jos... Could you... scorn Black so bad that he cries? Or maybe not cry, but something close to that?))

"You think I'm just going to take you back after that?! I looked everywhere for you! I even went as far as here, and now you've finally remembered I even exist and expect it never happened. Well here's a reality check Black, it did happen... The pain you are feeling now, it's nothing to what I'm feeling, maybe when you feel how it feels to be ignored, abandoned, and almost forgotten, you'll get it... you'll finally get it... And I know you only came because you felt sorry for me, not because you loved me or wanted me back... that's what everyone does in the end." She snapped at him, turning away from him. Her heart was now scolding her for snapping at Black like that, but the other half knew he deserved it. They all deserved it.

Link finished up his meal and searched for the office. When he eventually located it, he quietly walked inside and leaned against the wall. He wasn't sure if he was suppose to be there, but Adalynn was in charge and was her show, not his.

He wanted for Eva to get away from her anger, he'd already seen what it could do to you the hard way. He was still a bit angry himself for not being given a chance for trust. Why couldn't he get a break?
