You know you;re in the SCA if... (and these all apply to me or my brother) You prefer to eat with only a knife You've ever gone wenching You've had a professor DEMAND you come to class one day in armor You've ever forgotten you were wearing a steel helmet

~ Your persona owns more shoes than you do! ~ You've been wanting a knife for YEARS AND YEARS, but only your persona is trusted enough by other people to carry around a knife ~ People stop asking YOUR opinion on clothing and accesories, but they stop to ask you what your PERSONA'S opinion on the items is!
Yes, this is all true!! eek I realized a couple weeks ago that until my last shopping trip ... My persona had more shoes than I did, that my persona gets a corset .. yet I've wanted one longer then my persona has stare and my persona gets a knife ... but no one trusts ME with one ... and my friends have stopped asking my opinion since mine revolves around black, crimson, spikes and chains! sweatdrop where as Medb's is more pinks and blues and greens, etc. rofl

You speak about your personna in third-person. You've done this in saying, "I don't think I like her very much."
But it's true! AElfthryth is a bit of a bubble-head.
....
And Miss Kathryne is overly angst-ridden and whiny.

Your persona is married--to someone other than your mundane spouse
Because your spouse's persona would never be caught dead with a _____ like you.
alternately, you were very happy with your persona before you got married, and then you had to change it for your higher-class lord/lady.

The great thing about this is that they stay in character to quarrel. It's hilarious to see.

You go off to college and the first thing you look forward to when you go home is being beaten with sticks.

Kittywitch If "marrying outside the religon" refers to a rennie or mundane. If you know what a rennie or a mundane is, for that matter. Hey now! As a rennie, and an SCA hopful, I dont get why the speration is so large. ><
