He looked over at him and smiled. Olan looked so sweet sleeping. He hoped he could keep them both safe.

Olan wasn't sure why, but he noticed that everything was dark. He could barely make out silhouettes of things, however, so he concluded that he was in a bedroom of sorts. He also noticed that he was lying down, perhaps on a bed, and someone was above him. Who? He never knew, for it was merely a second later that the person leaned down, the distance between their faces closing.

Olan woke up soon after, bewildered and a little embarrassed. He covered his face as he felt it heating up, and he hoped that Marco didn't see.

Marco looked over at Olan. "Are you ok?" He pulled over at a hotel. "We'll be staying here tonight.

If Marco spoke, Olan didn't know. He was only aware of the car stopping. Upon uncovering his face out of curiosity, he saw that they had stopped at a rather tall building. Were they going to stay here?

Marco got out and opened Olan's door for him.

Olan got out of the car and then pointed to the building. "What's this?"

"It's a hotel. We'll sleep here tonight."

So they were staying here for the night. "Is it nice in there?" he asked. "Is it warm and comfy?"  

[Rent_junkie]

"Yes it's warm and comfy. Do you want to go in now?"  

[BrokenScreamBox]

Olan nodded and immediately hurried inside, eager to see what the hotel was like.

He chuckled and followed Olan inside. Marco paid for their room. "I've got the key. He lead Olan up to their room.

Olan had been a bit nervous when he saw that the doors had numbers on them, as they kind of reminded him of numbered prison cells, and the fact that Marco had a key to one of the rooms made him wonder if this hotel was just a fancy prison. "Marco, can the doors be opened from the inside?" he asked just to be sure.

Marco opened the door to their room. "Yes, you just need the key to open them from the outside." He gently touched Olan's shoulder. "You're free now. You don't need to worry about being imprisoned anymore."

"I know, but it's just bad experiences," he signed in reply, though he was sure Marco knew exactly what he meant. He suddenly smiled and dashed into the room, diving into the nearest bed he found and burying himself under the sheets. Olan then began to roll around on the bed like a puppy playing in the snow for the first time.

Marco smiled and walked into the room. He locked the door behind him. Marco walked over to the other bed and sat down. "I bet that feels nice after sleeping in that cell."
