"I understand, King Zora, I promise, I won't let anything happen to me!" The girl stretched her arms up and sighed. Why can't they ever trust me? Are they afraid that I might end up unconscious somewhere? She frowned as she remembered how the girl had laughed and her parents had screamed "ZARA!" as she wailed as loud as she could and flailed around before hitting the water with a giant splash. "I'm just heading to town for something, I'll be back in a minute!" She facepalmed and walked into the water, then swam away to Lake Hylia.

Michael nodded, feeling a bit....feeling a bit...ripped off? He began wandering the castle, searching for the 'training grounds'. He finally came to a stop in an area lined with dummies, tricks and traps, equipment, and practice dolls. He walked over to one, then started practicing evading and striking.

"No..." A young man around twenty rushed to his window overlooking Ordon village, seeing the great beast that was Tenebre slice open his neighbor. "What to do, what to do, what to do!?" He had to flee. Had to tell someone. Sprinting down his stairs, he yanked his coat off its hook and promptly put it on, pulling up the hood and slipping out the door, leaping behind a tree. "If I could make it to the farm, I could get a horse..." Fear caused him to tremble fiercely. "Maybe I'm overreacting. Maybe he's nice... Even though he killed Fred..."

Tenebre saw a man hiding in his house, and threw a large amount of energy. The roof was gone, falling onto a crowd of people trying to escape, screams of death heard over and over. "That's right, DIE! SCREAM! Who is gonna help you now that your 'savior' is gone!?" He walked towards a cluster of building, spinning and swinging his sword. Every house held on for a second before crumbling, the people inside falling in two. He saw a small crowd try to get to the river, where he ran over and threw a energy-laced fist, sending the whole group flying. He was alive with energy, slashing, throwing, killing. He was death, and he jumped onto a building, sent a stream of energy down onto groups of citizens, throwing boulders or dead bodies to cover up the exits. Some climbed over their dead, only to have others climb over their corpses. Tenebre was giggling like a child with a new toy. "Keep it up! Soon I'll have a story to tell Ganondorf!" He suddenly turned and He herded others into corners and slaughtered them. Blood made the river run red. To finish it off, he spun, energy flying out of his sword and hand, leveling the entire village.
Only one little exit was left.

The man was devastated. Tears beaded at the corners of his eyes, threatening to fall. Yet he couldn't grieve now. He had to keep going. Behind the cover of the trees, he raced uphill to the ranch into the stables, picking the nearest one. Quickly, he attached a saddle and hopped on. "Hya!" He yelled, pulling the reins and galloping out of the ranch. Frantically he searched for an exit, yet he couldn't find one. They were all blocked off. He couldn't give up now, though.

Tenebre slowly turned to see the man, his eyes flashing as the air around him sparked with energy. Looking like a demon, his features literally darkened. He raced forward with his claws out.

The man jumped, startled. The horse was spasming out of fear, jerking this way and that, not actually making it anywhere. He was like a sitting duck as he tried calming the animal.

Tenebre was almost on top of them in seconds. He threw energy at the horse, hoping to kill it and stop the man. He would then grab the man and squeeze until every bone in his grasp broke.

The horse, in his frantic state, kicked Tenebre off the man right as a sickening SNAP! was heard. The man shrieked in pain, clutching his arm and rolling around. He had to get away, fast. Quickly, he got up and ran towards his horse, trying his best to ignore Tenebre's presence. It'd only make him completely frozen with fear.

Midna sighed, then felt a small tingling in her spine. "I have a bad feeling..."

"Something wrong, Midna?" Zelda asked. Just then she saw Alfonzo walk by. "Alfonzo!" He approached the three. "Yes, princess?" "You can drive trains, yes? "Well, yes, but I haven't in a little while." "We need you to take us somewhere. It is of the utmost importance." "Can do, princess!" "Call me Zelda." "Alright, Zelda. Where do you need to go?" "It's a place called Papuchia Village. Do you know where it is?" "Certainly. It's on the way to the Water Temple." "Ah, I've been to the Temple before." She nodded. I'm sure Link just loves hearing about the Water Temple... Zelda thought. "Wonderful, can you take us now?" "Sure thing, Prin- I mean Zelda! I have to get prepared, wait for me at the train, alright?" "Can do. Thank you, Alfonzo!" "You're welcome." He bowed before walking the opposite direction. "Let's go." She said to Link and Midna, smiling a little. She was happy that the next step in their quest was to be completed.

Tenebre instantly got up, and reached for the native again. He didn't like loose ends, no matter how pathetic they were. "You think you can escape the darkness? You are weaker than I thought!"
Michael dodged under a fist, twisted while he was leaning back to avoid a second, got into a crabwalk to avoid a third, then suddenly lifted the dummy with his legs and flipped onto his feet. The dummy was crushed under him, and to finish the job Michael's claws were already at its 'throat'. He got up, looking around at the ruined materials around him. He needed living enemies, these ones were too fragile. He stepped off the metal dummy, then quickly caught an arrow that got stuck in one of the traps that got free.

Ganon clapped at the spectacle, having arrived at the training grounds a few minutes before. "You're better than I thought, Michael. I insist you take on a few challenges." He snapped his fingers, and from the ground rose Gohma, the Parasitic Armored Arachnid. She roared, stretching her claws out, single eye open wide before landing with a large thud. Targeting Michael, she slowly made circles around him before lunging forward.
The man yelped in terror, hopping onto his now-calmed steed and fleeing for the only exit he could see that was open: The entrance to Faron Woods.

Michael kept his eyes on his enemy, still holding the arrow. He bent his knees, waiting until Gohma could practically taste him when he suddenly jumped onto one of her mandibles (the large, sideways pincers bugs have on their mouths) and flipped into the air above her, and while he was upside-down he threw the arrow into her single eye, knowing it was best to blind a beast like this. On her back, he focused on finding a way to get rid of the shell as he tried to hold on.
Tenebre rushed as fast as he could, almost overtaking the horse when he felt his armor start to expand. He quickly stopped, anger in his eyes as he looked at the native getting away. He cut off the energy sparking around him, saving his energy as his armor slowly contracted.
