A villain eh? I could give that a shot.
My little sereotypical villain:
Details:
Height: 6'
Weight: 152 lbs.
Age: 31
Type: Dark Mage
Wepon: Black staff with a red ball near the top, the ball is held in place by four branches of the staff that each come to a point at the very top.
Specific Details:
Face: dark red eyes, a medium/small nose, long black hair, no beard or mustache, a cool looking red design on his left cheek that runs along that side of his face, and pointy ears kinda like an elf.
Upper Body: A black long sleve shirt, with red designs around it, a long cape with a black out side and red inside that reaches his feet, a glowing red pendant around his neck, and black gloves covering his hands.
Lower Body: Long black pants with red designs going around them like the shirt, a belt with silver designs and buckle on it, and big black boots with a silver steal toe on the outside of the boots wich covers the front part of the boots.
Hope that's what you're looking for.

I want the description of his actual personality, that's what makes a character, a character 3nodding

Personality:
Usally calm unless you get him angry, then he goes all mad loco. He has everything planed out even if it seems like he has no idea what he's doing. He is very deceiving, and has a way of tricking people into doing his will.

He is very deceiving, and has a way of tricking people into doing his will. That what you're looking for? there's three characters like that *yawn* xd No offense, but it's a little too common. I want you to reach deeper into your personality, give him quirks, make him so that the fans could make a fan club out of him! Like, you know those little personality things, like "What you like, What you don't like" that's what I want, I want a character with a realistic personality, a character that seems he could just ring at your doorbell at any time. Trust me, though I said I wanted villains, you don't have to make him evil, you can make him have his motives for going against something, and you can make him into a complete buffoon 3nodding

i'll let you do the physical description...you said those come off in your sleep...
ok, despite her looks, she is really self-concious and modest. she loves eating pickles and ice cream, but she's not pregnant. most people would say she's annoying as hell, only her true friends put up with her. extremely sensitive and is the Dear Abby of her group. hm... not really afraid of anything, actually enjoys things most people would call dangerous or disguisting, like skydiving, or just looking for snakes under rocks in the woods. she eats alot, but doesn't like many foods, and she always stays thin for some reason.
