I'm not sure if this is where I post this, but I haven't gotten a response or fix via PMs and this has been a problem since I was added to the site months ago:

What's Wrong with It? It does not show my tank as glowing, ever. I've checked it numerous times (and now during my last glow time a few minutes ago), and it simply says "not glowing". Tank ID is 5289921.
