Serving my daughter comes first, Luciel...you'll wash dishes after dinner when she is fully healed, the first night afterwards...for now, I think she needs to go to bed.

Luciel nods and picks up the tiny dragon. "Come on, Luna... shall I read you a story? I saw some really nice books on your shelves in your room." says Luciel giving her a piggy back ride.
She giggles slightly and nods. "Pwease...." she begs, forgetting all about the cookies.

*Though Luciel helps her out, and does read her a story, he tucks her in and leaves...later that night, though...she finds herself gently shaken awake by Luciel, who whispers to her once she's coherent*
Luna...I know a way into Kero's kitchen...do you want to get a cookie while everyone else is asleep?

You do have to ask...but I can just say I wanted a midnight snack...which I do, by the way...Kero won't begrudge a cookie missing or two for a midnight snack...I know for a fact he indulged in one an hour ago...

Turning about in a panic, he finds Lyssan standing there, all nine of her tails fanning out behind her.

"Punish her fer what?" grumbles the fox sleepily, entering the room. "All I see is some silly overly concerned dragon trying to console a dragonet by enticing her into disobeying her father... And I haven't heard her say one thing to give me an impression she's listening... In fact it sounds to me that ye should be listening to her, kid...." She comes over to the bed and climbs on top.

She shrugs. "Luna and I share a special link, kiddo... and when she's upset, I know about it,... fair enough. Ye were kind of upsetting her. Now I'll tell ye what... ye go to bed and we'll pretend this conversation never happened. Luna will go back to sleep and I will too... and tomorrow ye will go about yer business as though it was all a dream.... but iffin ye tempt her like that one more time, I'll blow me stack. It is one thing to sneak a cookie.... iffin ye know it won't matter.... it is another to steal one openly and what ye wanted her to do was steal.... yeah, ye were offering to do the dirty work, but it was stealing all the same.... and I don't approve... got it?"
