It's okay, Luv! Life doesn't revolve around Sailor Moon. Therefore, you don't fail at decision-making! Sailor Moon is just too good to make easy favorites!....Or something like that. xd And I have never seen Pluto's anime transformation.:O

I dun like... *thinks.* Chibiusa's Anime Attacks. It's actually boring and kinda stupid in terms of battle effectiveness. Actually, Moon/Chibimoon were probably the most-useless- ones. Because you -had- to have BOTH to do anything right.
Which..is stupid. Manga wise, They're alright. They don't really need the other person to perform attacks or anything. Which makes them effective.
Um..lets see...another attack I don't really care for...*Ponders..ponders...* I'm not a fan of Crescent Beam. Don't ask why, just not. Doesn't seem very...'venus-like' to me. I guess. o.o;

I'd say that Sailorstar Healer was my favorite style. Naoko drew so beautifully, and it seems to fit her personality a bit.

Hmm.. Hair...
I'll admit the following hairstyles are my favorites:
Ami- she and I have the same hair styel ;P
Usagi/Q.Serenity- Ok so I'm a sucker for the meatballs.
Mamoru- Obvious.
Kakyuu- Easier then the Meatballs.
Yaten- Great. Hair. Soo pretty~
Setsuna- It's Green. 8D
Um..Lets see...
If I had to pick the Worst hair- Seiya, Luna (Human), Diana(human) and Taiki.
D: That is all.

I think it's because there's too many odangos. o-0. Four. I mean geeze... *Of course I've broken that rule and have a character that has six but her hair is effing longer then anyones-also helps that her family line older then everyone. But still! She doesn't wear it like that all the time and it's a spoof!*
<<; Actually I think Taiki had brown hair. Kinda like russet..A horse coat I think. But I think her hair is less offensive then Seiya's. Seiya's hair drives me nuts. I can't liked it. It's just ugly.
(Doesn't help she's like a female-clone of Mamoru in a way...)

I actually think the extra odangos (so that's the word!) are adorable~! It's especially fitting to Diana with the cuteness, to me. :3 Luna's is flowy and kinda puffy and curly and...yeah. x3
Lol at 6 of 'em...xD That sounds pretty cool, actually. Got a picture?
I was wondering if it was actually red. I, myself, couldn't really tell. >_> I think I like Taiki's the least, actually. Too slicked back for me.
Seiya's looks nice as a guy, but it's only okay as a girl. :/ Lol at your Mamoru fangirlness. xD I bet that style annoys you a bit.

xD It does I can't stand it really. It makes me want to slick it down. xD; But yeah- six odangos in all. Three on each side. and Puffy-sorta pigtails. Here's her in Sailor Moon Getup (Her real form is a boy. xD He's not happy)  And the poster xD; And yes the little girl is Usagi-as a chibi.

Six odangos is about the most I've ever seen. I think I was tempted once to put six odangos on an OC, but I decided against it. I have lots of four-odangoed OCs, though, all related to Usagi and Kousagi in some way.
I don't mind Seiya's hair as a boy. As a girl, it's kind of weird.
I think Sailor Venus's hair is kind of boring. She's a gorgeous girl, but the big ribbon bow half-tied back is a bit childish for her.

In a way, I can understand why Venus has a red ribbon. It ties in with her Sailor V comic.
I think for me, Anime ruined Seiya's hair for me. It looked like she oughta be bald.
but..yea, I think it's how the odangos are placed really.
