Salunia pulls back with a pout. "Well they don't!" she grumbles to herself going to sit by her Auntie Ai. "One is blue and the other is kind of yellow... why?"

Hearing her voice he tries to climb out of the basket to her, crawling all over that silly black lumb of a twin, who is trying to sleep. Mama is more interesting than him anyway.

Gemfire really doesn't mean to hurt him, but there is this fuzzy, furry thing on top of him and a round black hairy rope slowly beating him in the face, so he bites it to see if it's good to eat.

Gemfire begins to wail as well. There is hair on his tongue, his twin is yowling in his ear and now something is pushing on him. But his yowls are short lived. The something smells very familiar and he likes that smell.

She sighs with relief as they quiet down and tries to return to her dinner, but now they are awake and cubs that young think of only one thing when they are awake.... how empty their tummies are.
Fortuny gives Hopian one of those looks and jumping down from the table, picks up the basket, carrying it to the living room.
"Man... I didn't even say anything and I'm in the dog house again... " grumbles Hopian with a sigh.
Salunia looks at him, head tilted to one side. "Why Mama mad at you Daddy?"
