"Talesian, Sahrmistra has a cough remedy brewed from mint honey and lemon peel that might help the lad, you really should talk to her about it." says the older priest with concern, then he turns back to the cub and smiles. "I've heard you play your pipe, lad... and we could use some accompaniment during lauds... and if you could pipe the morning song to help us greet the new day, we'd be ever so grateful... other than that, helping those who are not nearly as far along as you and giving Sharmistra a hand in the clinic as needed are the only things I can think of for now. I think you might find yourself quite busy, during the colder months anyway. Does this sound fair to you?"

The elderly priest smiles broadly, never realizing how easily he has fallen into Talesian and Hopian's snare. "Good, now... young cub, if I may... I would love to speak to your former benefactor. Master Hopian, if you don't mind, could you join us at the table. I am certain Sharmistra has a hundred questions or more about your travels and the animals you have raised."

Tam walks into the room and smiles at Hopian. "Yer turn to get grilled, Hope. And she's good... trust me she's good. I'll stay here with Kero, we need to do some talking anyway. Go on.. get some meat on those ribs of yers."

With Hopian facing down the curious healer in the main room, Tam closes the door and sits by Kerobian's side. "Ye feeling better?" he asks giving the cat a gentle ear rub.

"How long have you been training and raising exotic animals, Master Hopian?" asks Sharmistra with a smile?

Meanwhile Tam gives the cub a hug. "Good, I'm glad. You've truly had me worried, Taro. Hope kept saying ye were fine, but ye certainly didn't look fine." he sighs and studies his nails for a bit. "So are ye truly fine with Mica's solution to yer restitution problem... it's gonna be hard fer ye... seriously. Yer gonna have to get up before the crack of dawn each day, no more late night roamings?"

"Silly cat, didn't ye look at that pipe I handed ye earlier, hmmm?" says Tam in a gentle tease. He reaches over to the nightstand and retrieves the said pipe and hands it to the cub. "Look close... what do ye see, Kerobian?"

Sharmistra nods thoughtfully. "And how many types of animals are you acquainted with, sirra. I'm not questioning your dedication. I merely wish to know how long and what type of animals you are familiar with. I myself can treat most equine problems due to my exposure as a child. And I can tend all the major races, elves, dwarves, humans, I can handle them all... though I do have some trouble with the avians. Their bone density is so different from ours and I just can't seem to figure it out."
