Opal watched as Vaati warped away. Her ears folded as she looked at the ground. She walked over and picked up Elzo gently. She handed him back to Sora as she turned and walked off, slowly getting faster. She broke into a run. "Vaati! Vaati!!!" She shouted.

"I more or less expected that..." Sora said, after Vaati had left. "I'm just happy you more or less understand, Ezlo." He said as he got up. He nearly fell over, but regained his posture and placed Ezlo on his head.

"Sora, you should go after her. She won't catch up with him, he probably went somewhere far from here. I don't want her getting hurt." Ezlo explained. "I hope Vaati doesn't do anything rash."

But what Elzo did not know was that Vaati controlled the wind. And Opal was the wind as she ran off trying to follow it. She felt tears in her eyes as they blew off of her face. Please be safe Vaati PLEASE! She thought as she cried.

Ganondorf grinned. "Ah so you come begging for my help. Who do you suppose should hold the triforce then... once it forms? Durely you wouldn't want it in my hands?" He laughed evilly.

Vaati wrapped himself to the Gerudo Fortress. He was hot and could only laughed when two Gerudos came from behind and grabbed him. He knew a prison cell was where Vaati could get his peace and quiet.

Ganondorf laughed at this. "You kill me? More likely that I would kill YOU and take it for myself. But indeed. I am feeling gracious. We need to focus on Shrina and on getting rid of them. For now, we can call a temporary truce. Deal?" His smile faded into a look of seriousness on the last sentence.

Opal slowed to a stop as she stood near Gerudo Desert. She felt Vaati's wind but it felt as it was rejecting. She felt tears in her eyes as she dropped to her knees and screamed.

Vaati felt her wind and knew that he made a mistake. He left Opal behind. He could feel her presence around outside the valley. But at the same time, he wanted to be alone to think things through. Too much happened with Sora, he couldn't be around him or Ezlo. They would let Opal in... Vaati thought to himself. Then he couldn't get the quiet he desperately need. He started to struggle against the Gerudo woman.
They were only tougher than him, and they shoved him down into the sand. Now Vaati was hopelessly confused and loosing.

"No... She'll be fine... Vaati would never let anything happen to her." He said. He turned himself into a fairy and flew off to Lake Hylia.
Taka was practicing his water magic. He wanted to be able to create a giant title wave, and was in the midst of doing so when he saw Sora fly up to him. Sora told him everything that had happened, and Taka listened with open ears.

Opal wiped her eyes as she turned and bolted off. She felt faint from running so much. But she had to make sure that Vaati was alright. She slid to a stop near the fortress as she watched Vaati against the struggle.
