Sora's amulet shone the pale blue color again, and magic whirled around Opal, Vaati and Sora's body. Sora's wounds disappeared as they returned to the present. His eyes returned to normal and color arose in his face. He started coughing violently.

Opal looked at then as she looked at Sora "M-mr Sora?" She asked as she looked at him. She felt anger fill her as she rushed over and slapped him across the face.

"Ouch! *cough*" Sora felt his face and looked at his hands. "I'm... alive? I wasn't sure it would work..." He tried to force a smile, but he kept coughing. Getting shot wasn't as easy as it looked!

Ezlo could clearly see both sides of the argument. "Even if there's another way, which I do believe in, if it doesn't work, then Sora will give his life fort he ultimate good. It's a great thing to be remembered by; so you and Vaati will just have to deal with it if that's the way it goes. I don't know how he survived, but ti help if you all just stop your bickering."

"Yes... Opal... You are... correct..." Sora said between heavy breathing. He still coughed here and there, but he seemed to be regaining health. "I did... die... but it hasn't... happened yet... It will happen... in the future unless... we change it here in the present... For what it's worth I am sorry... but everyone was being so stubborn! I need to do what I must to save Hyrule from Shinra. I owe that much." He said, his breath near normal.

"At least some people know how to apologize. I'll say I'm sorry for being stubborn as well, I was mostly worried about Vaati. Hopefully Opal can help it through it if you were to die. May I please go back on your head now?" Ezlo was sitting on the ground, though he wasn't sure how he got there.
Vaati merely glared at Sora. "Apology not accepted." He muttered and wrapped himself away.
