It's pretty cute but too simple for my tastes.
Just not my cup of tea.
I can only suggest...hm...the wench chicnch in red, I don't really know how that will work out...
Not necessary in the slightlest by the way.

Interesting combination of colors. I think that you either need more brown or toss it out completely. I do like the hat but it blends in with the dragon. What kind of theme were you going for? If you don't mind me asking.

The grey headdress and armlets sort of fades into the pale skin. It's a nice change, light skin with the warmer coloured tail and wings, but the contract might be more evident with different accessories. :3

I have no idea what you're supposed to be, but you've mixed colors well, and the balance is just great. Simplicity is best, after all.

I'm assuming the avatar is supposed to be more about a character you're portraying rather than being matchy-matchy or colour-coordinated, so I'm basing my critique on that. ^_^
It's very busy, and it's a bit hard to distinguish the actual avatar itself from the background and companion items. That being said, you immediately get a sense of what's going on (looks like some sorceress in the process of casting a complicated spell, or something to that effect), so it effectively communicates the story really well. smile Well done!

It's a good mesh of colors (Though I don't particularly like them), It makes a good Lolita on Halloween design though. Not too top-heavy, or external item heavy. It's nice.

I see I'm not the only one who wanted to play with the event cape. The hood is a nice touch, though. I was looking for something similar, but didn't have anything that would fit...
Anyway, nice threads as usual Phae. The dagger in the offhand throws it off a tad, though.

I would try to get pants that were actually black Erverain. And the pony is out in left field but I assume you had a purpose with that choice. Otherwise it works very nicely.
And of course people are using the cape, it's one of the best event items ever!

Very nice, but I'm not too fond of how bright that ice sword is. That's a personal issue though, nothing you need to change.
Also, I absolutely adore how people have been using the event cape~
