 Lillet smiled and looked at her " Aww look at her she's so cute...she'll be a nice add to my collection." she said and started to walk to the door. Elkand rushed over and snatched the net " No...My fiance..you can't have her." he said and let her out of the net and tried to think before his father came over and cast the spell turning her back into a human " I apologize for my wifes odd behavior she's kind of like a child and loves animals." he said " I'm glad you'll be competing with my boy here.' he said and smiled respectfully and took Lillets hands escorting her out into the hall.

 Once Larkanna was back in human form, she watched in silence as Silvus led Lillet out into the hall. Looking up at Elkand she asked quietly, "Fiance...?" She asked dubiously. They hadn't discussed anything of the sort. Pushing red bangs away from her face, she wanted an explanation for his choice of words.

. Elkand sighed " What else could I have said." he said " This sign on our hand is a marriage symbols at the end of our allotted time if we accept it we are officially married...I forgot to tell you that." he said " But you should have at least recognized the symbol." he said. He sighed " So unfortunately with this magic were either fated to die or to be wed." he said.

Larkanna took a deep breath and looked away. "I knew that it was something like that, but not to that extent. Symbols aren't my specialty, so I tend to leave them be." Her amber eyes met his, "Even though we may end up wed, your mother may try to destroy one or both of us. Her magic and mind is completely unstable." Sighing she said, trying to smile, "So far, you're the only man I would actually agree to marry."

Elkand smiled at her and tried to think " Thank you." he said and sighed " My mom won't destroy us...just beacuse she's insane doesn't mean she's a murderer...we only get to see them every year." he said "We'll deal with things when they arise...lets worry about getting through the tower and then getting rid of my curse before it reaches you." he said and went over to sit down " Again I'm sorry for that..she is nuts but she's still my mother and I love her..no matter how much I also want to avoid her." he admitted.

Brushing some feathers off of her tunic, Larkanna chuckled a little at his comment about her not being a murderer, "Could've fooled me." She said jokingly before sighing slightly, "Since we're here, we might as well get this wizards meet in gear. The sooner it's over, the sooner we can get to preventing that blasted curse." Inwardly, she listened for the pulse of magic, the one that was like both their hearts beating as one, and probed at it, giving it a spark of life. "If we can stay in tuned with one another, I think we'll prevail without too many problems."

. Elkand chuckled and shook his head " We have to wait until tomorrow morning." he said " But then we can focus on it hopefully it doesn't act up during the meet." he said " We can do this I'm sure of it and then I'm sure not only can we focus on the curse and convince the wizards to drop their hatred towards witches." he said and smiled opening the door and holding it open for her.

Larkanna followed him to the door, wondering what on earth they were going to plunge head first into. "Then I'll be busy trying to get the witches to do the same." She said quietly before smiling a little as he opened the door for her. "Thank you. You're such a gentleman." Stepping through the door, her eyes searched for Lillet, mostly because she didn't want to be turned into a tiny fuzz ball of a creature to be added to her 'collection'.

. Elkand followed her out and watched her scan the halls for Lillet as he smiled " Relax...my father will scold her for hours.' he said and took her hand and started walking " Here lets go there are some things I wanna show you before the meet." he walked through the halls until he came to a dark red door. He sighed and opened the door and inside was a room filled with memory tiles. He looked at her " I recommend coming in so you know what we're jumping into." he looked at her.

"Heh... I don't think I'll be able to relax for a while, but thanks for the tip." Larkanna said with a small, strained smile as she glanced down at their hands. She felt strangely comforted by the physical contact, but at the same time, still slightly unnerved as well. This mansion was a maze to her, so she glad allowed him to lead the way to the room filled with memory tiles. Her amber eyes lingered on what lay ahead before nodding, "That would be greatly appreciated." Stepping into the room, she hoped that he would be joining her.

. Elkand followed her in and shut the door as he looked around. Most of the memories stored here where form the people who went into the tower. He sighed " It might have changed but this is all you can expect." he said and looked over at one of the memory tiles " Oh seraph....I''m so sorry she had you do that." he said watching a large dragon fall through the floor and into a pit of fire. He shook his head " Anyway take a look around and try not to take yourself into one of the memories." he said and looked around for his memories of years past as it would provide much info though he never got past the pink room as it always seem to blind him for months.

Larkanna didn't hear Elkand as she became entranced with a certain memory. It was of a young girl, only a few years younger than herself, standing in the middle of a maze. As she became more and more enraptured with the dream, she began to follow the girl, wondering what would happen to her.
The girl spun around, hearing something behind her, and Larkanna couldn't help but do the same. There was a dark presence that followed them as they continued on warily. When they reached the center of the maze, it was a huge arena filled with demon-like creatures of all shapes and sizes. Larkanna could feel the girl's fear becoming more and more apparent as they rushed upon their prey.
The girl didn't last more than two minutes within their grasp.
Then the memory faded, leaving Larkanna standing there with a horror stricked face. Reaching out to the tile, a name appeared in crimson colored letters: Amilian Dawn. "May you find happiness elsewhere, little one." She whispered, her head lowered.

. Elkand walked over to her seeing her head lowered and looked at the memory she was and he remembered it as being just two years ago . He put his hand on her shoulder and nodded " That maze is very dangerous..odds are however we won't have to go through it hopefully." he said " Won't mean we won't deal with demons though." he said.

Larkanna lifted her head before saying, "Her spirit is trapped there." She said quietly, "A demon used a soul chain to keep her there, so that they could torment her beyond what they did physically." Shaking her head in sadness and anger she said, "If we get to that level, I intend to free her before we leave. She was so young and the magical potential...."

Elkand smiled " Noble...I like that...but you'll never find the exact place she died." he said " The maze changes and it move around when you step on a blue tile which is often unavoidable " he said " If you maange to be my guest...but if you know demons laws its a life for a life so if you free her you have to take her place." he shrugged ' Or at least last time I check that was..demons dont change normally but no telling how it will go." he said ' Moving on." he said and went over to another tile to a room with floating disk that you had to be careful with otherwise you die.
