"Where did the man take you? Was there anyone with him?" Link asked desperately trying to pry some useful bit of information out of Jesse so they could save Zelda. He paced a back and forth for a moment..Shadows? Who do I know that used shadows?..He let out a gasp," Zant!"
Zant was about to reply to Cielene when he felt Duo's presence far below the castle..What is he doing down there? Oh yes, he must favor the girl. Tsk Tsk. It is such a shame, a waste even, for Duo to give up his reputation that he worked so hard to prove just for a simple princess..He felt his blood begin to heat up, the anger coursing through him at the treasonous behavior of Duo. He went into the shadows, traveled to where Duo and Zelda were, and watched them from a shadow in the top corner of the cellar. He noticed right away that the two held some feelings toward each other, and not the kind that he preferred when it came to Duo. Seeing her fail to slap him when it seemed that Duo had tricked her into coming to his castle made him cringe..If he is not careful I shall be needing a new minion very soon..

Jesse sighed and was getting aggravated at the bombing of questions. "I didn't exactly see him... It was all an illusion. But I didn't feel any other presence. Pray.. Tell me who this Zant character is though."
Cielene blinked. Zant had vanished. She cocked her head to the side in confusion. "I know he was there... I saw him... I know I am not seeing things." She piked up the brush she had dropped and put it back in the drawer. She was tired and did not feel like putting up her hair. She moved toward the bed and kicked off her blue slippers. It was warm in the warm, so she decided to look for a lighter or thinner garmet to wear while she slept. After a couple of minutes searching the closet she came out successful. She had found a thin almost sheer medium legnth dress. Cielene checked the door to make sure no one was around before she stripped herself of all her clothing. She stood bare for moment in the candle light before she pulled the nightgown over her body. Her reflection in the mirrior showed that the dress covered everything, but didn't leave much to the imagination. It was practically see through. She shook the thoughts of Zant seeing her like that away. "I'll be in bed anyway...." She muttered as the woman adjusted her hair so none of it was stuck in the dress.
Duo shook his head. "SO I have sparked your emotions. Interesting indeed. I thank you for my little experiment. Now I know what I need to stay away from. This emotion is far to dangerous. So I guess I shall never see you again. It was fun though.. YOu tastes delicately sweet like rasberries." He grinned as turned away from her.It will be better once she is dead... What was I thinking? I can't get mysel involved. I need to burn these feelings away. He sensed Zant close by. He melted away into the shadows then reappeared not too far from where Zant was. "I have done as you asked. Now if you excuse me, I would like to get a little bit of sleep. Check up on the girl will ya? I'm too lazy. Besides... I'm sure you will enjoy what is going on now anyway..." Duo laughed as he disentagrated from sight into his own room.
((Hmmm.. I wonder.. Is Zant going to get a show? XD))

Zelda didn't watch him go. She felt crushed wishing she knew of a way to get back to Hyrule. Before Zant felt she's proved her usefulness and killed her. I can't believe I was such an idiot... maybe it's better that I die... I'm such a love struck, trusting idio- but her thoughts stop, her heart almost stopping. She looked up and towards the shadows. The sudden urge of fear... Zant. She quickly stood up. It was a good thing she didn't have tears in her eyes, she kept herself calm. She couldn't do any damage against Zant with just her Raiper. And she couldn't summon her light arrows without Zant noticing. She was trapped, and basically dead.

((Whatever happened to all the other characters? D:'))
Link cleared his throat, " Zant was a foolish prince, so foolish that they skipped over him when it came time to hand down the throne. Ganon learned of his frustration and aided him in taking over the Twilight Realm and ours. In the end Midna, Zelda, and I managed to put things back in order..but I guess Zant must have survived somehow." He shook his head at the thought that he had failed in making sure that the job was thoroughly completed before he headed home to celebrate. "Would it that we could somehow make it to the land of Twilight, we might be able to stop his evil once and for all!"
"So we meet again." Zant moved to the shadow cast by Zelda. He could feel that she feared for her life which put him a torturous mood. Slowly he arose from the shadow, he saw that she was straining to keep a calm composure in a menacing voice he spoke, " No need for that, princess, it is just you and I in this room. Your royal composure means nothing to me,in fact it might be in your best interest to cower in fear, I might go easier on you."

"Right... But even your not powerful enough to make me cower in fear Zant... There's Princess, fearful, knowing nothing of the outside world... then there's me... and I don't cower to those who would do anything for power..." Zelda still kept her calm face, once she spoke, she felt calmer. Knowing she'd rather die than cower or look frightened in front of him. "It didn't happen then... it won't happen now... Get use to it..." She growled in a low voice. Anger consuming her fear.

Zant chuckled evilly, " How do you plan on stopping me, Zelda? Last time I was able to take control of your entire kingdom! The only reason you regained control was because I failed to kill Midna when I had the chance, I will not make the same mistake again!" He brought his hands together making a loud booming sound. All of the shadows in the room wrapped themselves around Zelda tightly. "As I said before, how do you plan to stop me?"

"And you failed to kill Link! Once he finds Midna again, he'll stop you! Just like he did last time... and this time it's not just Midna on his side either!" Zelda shouted, her thoughts on Jesse. She must have worried him sick. She felt the shadow wrap around her, tight enough so she could barely move, but allowed her a small space for oxygen to flow in and out of her lungs uneasily.

Duo paced his room. He didn't want to sleep but he knew he must. However, he could feel that Zant had not moved. "Hmph... Fine I shall check on the prisoner..." Duo moved through the Shadows and appeared in Cielene's room on her balcony. He about fell off the railing when he saw what she was doing. She was changing her clothes. His eyes wandered along her slim body it glowed in the candle light. However, his oogling came to an end when she slipped another dress on. However, he smiled to himself. It was practically see through. He shook his head as he watched her snuggle underneath the blankets. He waited a minute then vanished into the shadows and reappeared by her door. He knocked lightly. He saw jerk up and clutch the covers to her chest. He laughed. "No need to be alarmed. I won't do anything... Surely tempting.. but I won't. Just checking on you."
Cielene watched Duo as he walked toward her. He gripped the covers as if they were a shield. "I'm fine... You can go..." She stared at his feet as he continued to walk towards her.
Duo snickered. "Oh thanks fr dismissing your highness... I forget that YOU are the prisoner and that I am the jailer. Tsk tsk. In any case, Have sweet dreams... and keep an eye on your door. You may have company!" Duo chuckled as he disappeared in a puff of black smoke.
Jesse nodded. "I see... But tell me.. Who is this Minda? You seem to speak of her as if you know her. Do you?"

Zant grabbed Zelda's chin and forced her to look into his eyes, and in a low voice he growled, "Your little hero, Link, would never have been able to defeat me if it hadn't been for Midna. Don't you think for a second that any number of you Hyrialians could defeat a Twili!" With that he shoved her face away. Rage was boiling up in his blood, but he had to control himself because he wanted her death to be a slow one . He paced back and forth tapping his chin with his pointer finger, "Now how should I kill you?", an evil grin spread on his face.
"Yes I knew Midna. We worked together to save Hyrule, and she is the reason that I left my life behind.." Link sighed heavily..Maybe that hadn't been such a good idea. It seems that for me to go on a simple adventure causes all Hell to break loose.. He straightened himself, "We cannot just sit here while Zelda and your sister are tormented by Zant. We must find a way to get to the Twilight Kingdom!"

"Even if you do kill me it'll still come to bite you! Link wouldn't dare to let Hyrule be controlled by a freak like you! And he will defeat you!" Zelda shouted. She suddenly blinked when she felt something burning on her left hand. It had to be the triforce of wisdom, it was the only thing that even sat upon her left hand. It only burned when there was another triforce around, or a source of power that was close to the guards. There was suddenly a flash in front her eyes as she had a vision. But a voice rang through her ears. "The triforce holds the wielders life, if that fades, they die." and suddenly Zelda knew what she needed to do. The same thing she did with Midna... she must remove herself from her physical form and move with another. To buy time for Hyrule.

Cielene just stared. However, she wa thankful that Duo had not seen her undressing and such. Now THAT would have been embarressing. "Maybe.. If I rested.. Things would be better in the morning." However she doubted it.. She didn't even know if there was a difference between the night and day.
Duo walked about his chamber. He let the braid out of his hair and it flowed out aong his back. He snapped his fingers and his chains and robe disappeared. He stripped off his shirt and lay on the bed in his pants. He closed his eyes. Shadow marks scared his chest. They swirled about his chest and down his arms. His back had an outline of wings.
Jesse closed his eyes. "Link.. I've been hiding something. I can travel across dimensions...but.." he trailed off. it was very painful of him and it used all his magic. His weapons, stolen by Duo, were of no use to him. If his magic was drained, he would be helpless.

Zelda watched as Zant paced around the cell. If what he vision said was true... then if she had the power of the triforce in herself and her life force in another. She couldn't be killed, but this means she would be put to sleep like last time. She felt the shadows around her, they were almost squeeze the life out of her. She could barely breathe. She couldn't move her hand so she would have to concentrate on one thing. Her light magic and the power of the triforce swirled around her while Zant's back was turned. It all formed into one figure. But unfortantly, the figure was no larger than one's own hand. Zelda eyes dropped as her spirit shifted from her body into the body of a small fairy. She fell asleep, the triforce shining brightly on her hand and protecting her body.
The fairy looked quickly around realizing for a minute where she was, the cell was dark and she knew she had to escape. Luckily she was small enough to fly through the bars of the cell. She flew off through the castle wondering how she would escape this world of darkness, her eyes darting about, looking around at where she was.

"Come now speak up!", Zant said turning around to find Zelda's head slumped forward. He raised an eyebrow..I am about to kill her so she falls asleep? What is this!?..He moved forward to shake her awake when he saw a glowing light from beneath the shadow that covered Zelda. His eyes widened, "What now?", he growled. The light grew brighter, melting all of the shadow from Zelda's body causing her to fall to the floor. Zant's eyes widened when instead of disappearing the light surrounded Zelda completely. He angrily tried to reach through the light and grab Zelda, but it sent a shock causing his arm to bounce away. Looking her over he noticed that the light originated from the triforce on Zelda's hand. "Damn those cursed marks!", he punched the wall angrily creating a large hole to appear in the wall which was quickly patched up as the castle was made of shadow.
Fuming, Zant melted into the shadow reappearing in Duo's room. He looked about finding Duo asleep on his bed. He walked swiftly over to violently shake his sleeping minion. "Get up! This is no time for rest, that Zelda she has managed to seal herself off from me!", he yelled this then threw Duo to the floor and began pacing angrily awaiting a reply from his minion.
"But what?", desperation sounded in his voice..His sister's life is at stake and yet he is being so hesitant of making a move, What is with this guy?.. Link stood and surveyed their surroundings, it was getting dark time was quickly passing by, hopefully they were not about to run out of it.

The little fairy jerked hearing Zant's voice booming through the castle. She could clearly hear Zant say that Zelda was sealing him off of her. "Half right Zant... Half right... now to get out of this castle before they figure it out..." She squeaked silently to her and looked around for a way to get out, to make her way to Link. She remembered that Duo could move around in dimensions, but how would she get him to take her back to Hyrule without him realizing it was really Zelda. And the triforce mark on her forehead didn't help. "Man, getting out of here's going to..." She looked suddenly over at large door and the door was open a crack, she managed to slip through and spotted a girl with long blonde hair lying on a bed. She looked like she was troubled about something, the little fairy fluttered over to the girl. "Are you okay?" She squeaked.
