Ganondorf contemplated taking Michael with them. It seemed easy for Tenebre to defeat him. Then again, Tenebre wasn't an easy opponent. He decided to test him more. "Alright. Let's all go. Michael, I want you to go straight to the training grounds. I will check in every now and then to check your progress." Without another word, the three disappeared.
"Did we just witness an entire fight between two allies, then watch our arch nemesis leave without laying a hand on the castle? What is going on here?" Zelda frowned, then looked towards the gates, seeing the guards rushing to the group.
"M'lady." The lead guard bowed. "Repairs are beginning to be done in Castle Town. Kakariko has taken more damage, though, we don't know how it'll end up."
"Kakariko!? It was attacked too?!"
"I-I'm sorry, Princess. I didn't know you were unaware."
Zelda pinched the bridge of her nose with her left thumb and forefinger. "It's alright. Oh, goodness, where are the Goddesses when you need them? Anyway, have you found my sister?"
"I'm sorry to say there's no trace of her."
She put her face in her hands. "This is just getting worse and worse."

"Zelda," Midna said. "I was there when the village was attacked. That was how I was injured. Ganon and some other man was there, and I challenged them."

Link blinked in surprise, seeing Ganondorf leave like that. He turned back to Zelda, "Well, at least he didn't attack- this time. I don't think we can handle another big full blown battle. Yet." He heard the comment about Kakariko Village. "Kakariko was hit?" He looked at Midna, raising an eyebrow. "So that's what happened! I thought you were mouthing off at someone again..." When Zelda gave him the "this-is-not-the-time-to-be-joking-around" look, he instantly bit back another joking remark.

Sarri grinned and ruffled the little girl's hair. "Any time, Sunoka, any time..."

Sunoka smiled up at Sarri when she ruffled her hair. The little girl was glad that someone was treating her like a normal human being. Sunoka never wanted people to simply offer to help her because they didn't believe she could something herself. Even though she knew that there were some things that she couldn't do without help now, she still preferred to try to do things on her own. Sunoka was just too nice to refuse the help she was offered when she knew she needed it. "Do you think Link and Zelda fought the enemies off yet?" The girl asked curiously.

Sarri looked at the door with a curious expression on her face. (Even though she knew Sunoka couldn't see it, she couldn't help herself) "Dunno. I don't hear any shouting or clanging of metal against metal.. or strange hums of energy..." She had heard the distant clashes of Tenebre and Michael earlier, but it hadn't concerned her much.

Midna sighed. "No. I heard Ganon say how he was going to take over Hyrule, and I challenged him. It was two against one, not a fair fight, but a fight it was."

Sunoka tilted her head and pulled herself to her feet using the wall. "Can we go check?" The girl leaned against the wall and thought for a moment. "Umm, I think I came in facing this way, so... the door should be over here..." She felt along the wall until she found the door handle. Sunoka smiled to herself at the small triumph of being able to find the door.

While Zelda would normally find comfort in Link's jokes, this time around nothing could really cheer her up. "Sorry." She said to him. "I'm just not in the best mood right now. Ganon's gone too far yet again. When my family is put in danger, it becomes extremely personal. I assume she's with him right now... I hope she's okay."
The three arrived in the castle, in the room with the big crystal ball. Immediately Ganon began speaking. "Now, Michael, go to the training grounds now. Tenebre..." He turned to him. "There is a village, called Ordon. It is Link's hometown. My task to you is to destroy it." With the Hero of Time distracted by the loss of his homeland, it would be easier to attack Hyrule.

Duo hid in the shadows wainting for a good time to approach the others. He had no recent orders so might as well find someone to mess with.

Michael nodded , but looked around confused.
"Wait, I thought you were to send me home. Why am I to head to the training grounds?"
He stood, crossing his arms. He knew what he was promised and wasn't stupid.
Tenebre was filled with glee, he could terrorize a village, destroy it, and hurt someone who wasn't even there. He wrapped himself in shadows, and suddenly a house in Ordon exploded. Tenebre stepped out, his sword glowing.
"Time to play hide-and-seek, little beings. I'll be it, you run. You have 3 minutes."
Pandemonium broke out, no one wanting to be around. Three seconds later... someone was cut open.
"Three minutes, three seconds, its been so long since I used human time increments. I apologize for the confusion."

"If you help Tenebre and I, we will see to it that you return home safely. Honing your skills will make you stronger, and the task may be done quicker. Now go! I will not repeat myself." Ganondorf turned to his crystal ball, scenery materializing in front of him as usual. He was planning more attacks.
