Sauda jumped down from the tree and walked around the town passing by people who seem to look at him like he was crazy.

Ilia gazed up at the stars. Her head drifted back on the tree she was laying in. Humming her favorite song, she fell into a light sleep.

Zack just sat there behind a glass and looked at all the potiential masters as they walked by. "uhhhh, I just want to be free. Not just locked up in this cage at some store" he thought as he whipped his tail around while laying on his stomach.

Ilia stood up and headed for town. She had to get some food somehow.. I could always just get some berries from the meadow, but that would take too long to gather as much as I need. I need to find a job!

The streets were crowded. Everyone stared at Ilia before turning away into buildings. She felt like a sewer rat up in a fancy restaurant. Ilia found a suitable building with a "Help Wanted" sign. She entered the building, but before she could ask for the job the manager kicked her out. "We don't need your kind here!"
Discouraged, Ilia went back to pick some berries in her meadow, away from civilization.
