Katoshi, I'm not a personal fan of blondes and don't find many but the select few charming. You pull it off fairly well though, although the hair colour's not my thing.
The hat is smecks though.

I don't like eyeliner at all, except on one or two people (a friend of mine wears it extremely well). It's all a personal taste issue though, my boyfriend thinks I'm super-hot but he seems to be about the only one. I'm not complaining, enjoy the attention, doll.
