"Ye'd rot yer fangs..... as Grammarei would say." laughs the boy. "I like candy... but trying to eat it with a mouth of rotten teeth doesn't sound like a lot of fun."

**sorry broken link, I guess... all I get is an error message**

*Kero nods*

But cartoons are candy for your mind...so logically, if you watch too many...

Pasa thinks on this and nods. "I can see how if they do not allow you to think for yourself this would be bad, but what if they make you think... I mean what if they teach you things and stuff like that, even while you are having fun watching them. Are they bad then?"

*Kero shakes his head, and then nods*

Partially yes, and partially no...yes, they are good, because they are teaching, and taking the children out of their parent's hair. But also no, as children can get addicted to the TV, as well as the fact that it is still better for a child to run around outside and play than to sit in and watch TV...I built extensive playgrounds for those kids for that exact purpose, though you are free to play on them too, of course...

**Too true...I still enjoy a round on the swings every once in a while...**

Passura nods thoughtfully. "Perhaps it is that learning must come in all forms to encourage us to not only think but do. Sitting indoors on a beautiful day can be sheer misery... or so my teachers said. So they would take us outside then and teach us about things we found out there. In many ways, they guided us. Some of us were far better at some things than others, and those people were encouraged to excel in those things, but we were never allowed to ignore the rest, either."

*Kero nods*

And that is much better than what many human teachers do...believe someone who comes from their background...they do a lot of things right...but a lot of things wrong...

"Perhaps it is that they have so much more to learn." says Passura softly shaking his head. When the learning becomes segmented and the teachers cannot get a sense of the whole because all they teach is such a tiny portion of knowledge. It is difficult to see the person in any other light." He shakes his head and laughs. "Listen to me.... I'm just a kid... ye'd think I was a gray haired old granny."

**that game was nice... but I love puzzle games and I loved the untangle deluxe game.... it rocks..."

*Kero smiles...and ages himself into a gray haired old man...complete with cane...it's Fizban, in old man form...*

Pasa giggles and announces that he's hungry and the last one to the kitchen is an old hen....
PostPosted: Thu Nov 19, 2009 9:50 pm

*Kero simply totters after him...waving his stick and shouting like a old fart*

The boy runs into the kitchen jumps into his seat, giggling, trying very hard to be prim and proper and failing miserably. He sits up straight and pretends he doesn't see Kero tottering into the room. "I... ummm... summoned the old void master, mistress Rhea." he announces tongue in cheek.

*With a whirl of his cloak, Kero is back to his normal self...until Rhea smacks him upside the head*

You would have probably have been better suited for theater, master, not Voidmastering...

Pasa finds a sudden interest in his salad, but he watches hoe Kerobian reacts to this from the corner of his eyes.
PostPosted: Thu Nov 19, 2009 10:12 pm

*Kero simply shrugs, and eats..though he tosses a look at Passura when he eats the salad*

I thought I was supposed to take care of you, not the other way around....

The boy shakes his head. "You take care of me and I'll take care of you. Isn't that what a family does?" he asks with a smile.
