Imalyose with all those intricate details in the crown? My god! amazing. wow. seriously.... there... how is that physically possible? lol! and you did this without a reference? HOLY EFFING s**t. I'm pretty horrible with references as is, so I just don't bother anymore. xD I'll need to study anatomy more, so I suppose I'll be looking at a lot of muscle/body form references in my future....Especially male ones....Lol! ^^ Yea, no ref. Especially for the pose. I wouldn't know where to find a ref for something like this anyway. So close to finishing the pawn's outfit. She's less detailed than the queen of course, but I also wanted her position to shine in her armor. biggrin

Imalyose hmm. I can see that. and I know not all prostitutes are that way, but many of the streetwalkers are, you can't deny THAT. I live in chicago, I SEE THINGS (<- this is a lie. I wouldn't recognize a prostitute from a average person if you threw the prostitute at my head). fiiiine. have absolutely no leg to stand on. I apologize. to you AND pugnacious. Thank you. I really appreciate your understanding here. I'll let this go now.

romesilk I actually kind of like this, which means it's probably completely terrible, but oh well. I admit I had a lot of problems with it and several of them aren't resolved so I'm probably just settling for getting the image to somewhere that's less problematic than where I started. Yay for, uh, improvements on mediocrity! It's for the sexy theme. I had to tone it down from the original concept to make it Gaia-appropriate and all, the crucial difference being the level of clothing. rofl http://i.imgur.com/C91fU.jpgProstitute =/= crack whore, which is what you're thinking of, Imalyose. mostly, I was thinking of the prostitutes I've seen on cops, and, as I mentioned. and my own mom, but like I said, i don't want to get into that. If I had known people would freak out over me saying prostitutes didn't have teeth, I wouldn't have mentioned that personal aspect.

Imalyose Exploding Tofu 24I download paint tool sai. I am now officially in love with it *w* the stabilizer is so beautiful<3333 And it lags a LOT less than photoshop too! You will never go back once you discover it's awesomeness.

I have no idea when this will be finished and I'm tired from first day of the new semester. I GOT PAINTING! OMG!! YES!! *cough* anyway~~~ here's a wip. It's an awesome tool for sketching out everything. I can give you lots of brushes and groups on DA that focus purely on SAI. They'll be a HUGE amount of help. Just ask.

What's the marker tool like? : o it basically changes how LIght the color is, by how hard you press, or if you go over the same are two or three times. it doesn't change opacity, it changes value. so you can create these really unique looking colors REALLY quickly. it creates a sort of rushed look to it though, so it's not good for everyday coloring, but it's great for other kids. here is a bad EX:  see the hair and the dress? all of that is one color. (the skin too, but I did a bad job on that). that is a bad example, but that's basically what it does. it looks really unique. great for sketchy work, because you can color it quickly, and it doesn't look to uniform (which usually looks bad with sketchy work).

However, I have Taiko in 5 minutes. xD I actually liked the white version more, since the contrast was interesting and I thought you had her naked on purpose since pawns are kinda defenseless and useless. I just love the way you give the pawn personality.
