The boy nods and brushes crumpbs off his hands as he stands up. "Lead on... please... I don't want to go somewhere I'm not supposed to... well at least not until I know what's in there first." he giggles and smiles mischievously at Kerobian, obviously tickled at his little joke.

*Kero shrugs*
Depends on where you go...some places I will paddle you just for looking in the door, got it?
*Leads him to a door down the hallway, a black one at the end, carved with three spirals, all intertwining, which reveal themselves on close inspection to be serpents, all coiled together*
This is the main office...none of you, except Rhea, are allowed in here...and even she is forbidden at times. Should I ever hear of you in here, Pasa, you will not sit for a week. Is that quite clear...this is where I do my real work...the sorting of the souls of the dead. I don't want you even touching this door, understood?

The boy gives him a solemn nod. "Unless it is absolutely necessary to interrupt you, I won't go in unless you take me, mes'sirrah. I know how important your work is now." and he means it. But after the last problem with the invasion, he's allowing himself that much leeway.

However, know that, while you may feel it is necessary, it may not be. Remember that my power revolves partially around illusion, Pasa...deception is part of my nature in a fight. I'll call if I ever need you...you have my word on that.
*Leads him to a door with a trio of creatures on it...a dragon, a lion, and a snake...all whirling in a circle...*
This is my room...you're welcome here, like you were on the island, but5 like the island, you know what you must do to come in.

"Knock first... either mentally or physically... right?" asks the boy nodding. He touches the carvings and smiles. "Just like you, mes'sirrah... "

Yep...ye gots to knock...likewise to that door...*Points to one that shows a larger Quetwino curled around three youngsters*...That's Rhea's room...and you knock, but she'll let you in. Now, would you like to see the schoolroom?

The boy nods eagerly and follows Kerobian down a hall. Why is it called a school, mes'sirrah. I know it is a place of learning, but why name it after a bunch of fish?"
**that has been my question all me life.... stare **

*Kero shrugs*
My guess, it is because in proper schools, the students gather like a school of fish. I really don't know, Pasa...now, see that room over there, with the books and that strange box?
**It is actually derived from the Greek Sckole, which meant Leisure...perhaps as a slang term, because Academes (Let's face it) don't work as hard as manual labor. Or rather, they work hard, but in a different way**

*Kero smiles*
You'll see soon....but we also limit it....you can't use it for more than an hour each day, unless it's a certain night. The books, however, are always available, as are the games...
Now, as for the rest of the rooms, you can enter any of them, and I'll leave you up to explore them...there are two, however, that you are forbidden to enter.
*He leads him to a door, behind which is a long hallway*
This door leads out to my throne room. That is where I occasionally sit and listen to everyone complain about how I run the Void. Set foot in that hallway, I set hand on your rump. Likewise with the door to the worlds...that shifting portal there...do not touch it.
*Stops*
I know I sound harsh, but these rules are there for your safety. The Void is a dangerous place, as you know. Having already copied out chapters from the book on the Void, I won't brook second or third offenses. Now, as for the fun places...

I do open channels to beaches...and we also have streams and swimming pools here...plus, there are rooms filled with toys, books, and games, all for people your age to have fun with...I hope you enjoy them...and I will let you do a bit of exploring now...just remember...if you don't know a room, knock...if no-one says come in, don't go in.

Passura nods. "Knock and if I don't hear anyone answer, don't enter. Got it. Are there any rooms I can enter without knocking, like the kitchen or the classroom?"

Those two, to be precise...if the door is open, and it doesn't appear to be filled with bad things, go on in. Be warned...files here are bad things...steer clear of them, okay? Now, off with you...and explore a bit...I have to corral Kero and get him into your room to help unpack.

Passura explores the classrooms for a bit, examining the book shelves and desks. Along one wall is a series of small terrariums... in which tiny creatures live, but nothing catches his eyes. The books are all of one or two differing levels, either too hard for him to comprehend or far too easy... and the creatures are all, for the most part, asleep. On the way back to his room, he peeks into a few open doors, but does not enter the rooms. One room though catches his eye. Filled with cushions and couches, it is bright and cheerful. A large white square is on one wall and there is another funny box here, which is on and on it are tiny figures chasing after each other. One looks like a cat and the other a mouse. Terran and Luna are here, giggling , curled up together in a huge pillow before the box.
"Whacha doin..." he asks coming into the room. Since the door was open and the room connects to the kitchen, he figures it is a safe room to enter without knocking first.
