My only complaint is that the wind wings are green and you have nothing for them to really complement them. Other wise it's a good simple design.
Also I have a huge peeve with shoe-less avis sweatdrop

Your hat is far too large, and the coat doesn't quite fit with the style of the sword. It being a scimitar (or is it a tulwar? I forget), a more Middle-eastern appearance would suit it.

It looks a kind of plain, the pants look too long because of the shoes which blends it, and yeah it doesn't wow me. Then again it's not like you are running for best dress.

Very interesting color scheme. I think that the skin tone is what draws it all together. I don't know if I would use those shoes... but I can't think of anything that would fit that avatar better.
Also hoping for PALINDROME PAGE! ^_^
