I want to order from Double Decker, but my mom told me the shoes look too tall, and that when I would wear them, I'd fall down and break my neck. I told her I've walked in tall shoes, and I'm not completely horrid. It's not like we have a two-story house or anything, so I'd be fine... crying I wanted them soooooo bad! crying

Plus, they don't require "walking lessons" like high heels! Tell that to your mum.

Ooooh, my Poof Petti came today!!! I think I'm in love.
I don't feel the same way about my new top, though >8[... It's too big and the sleeve poofs are huuuuge! I'll have to be more specific about what I want next time.

Aaaand my YinyinCS dress came today x0. It's cute, but definitely of lower quality. Not amazing lace (I'm going to remove most of it this evening), but definitely worth the $90 (not plus shipping) I spent on it.
+1

Cryin: Is that the one you wore with the burgundy jumper, or does that dress have one included?
I've always loved that jumper like you would not believe. I'm so envious of you. (:

Today I went out with the left over xmas money I had and bought a bunch of classical Victorian and civil war patterns so I can make some new dresses!
When I get a chance I will link pictures to the patterns or pics or something, but I am very excited to make these dresses! One of them is positively covered in roses.
I also bought some more felt to make neko hats (not exctly lolita, but super cute yes?)
What a day!

This underskirt actually arrived too late to wear-- I ended up making one myself ( and gathering 6 yards of fabric for the bottom ruffle gonk ) to wear with the dress. And I had been coveting that jumper since VM released it some years ago. I was so excited to find someone selling it in the color that I had been wanting!

I've only ever seen replicas being sold online.
