Owens eventually grabbed the bottom rope and didn't stop grabbing on until Cena would let go of him.

Cena was frustrated having to let go of Owens as he stood up holding up his hands showing the referee he'd back off.

Owens slowly got up using the ropes that he held onto, as Owens took his time and tried to recover. He slowly turned to Cena.
