Something's Happening Mind Is Dripping, Agony Inside Of Me. My Pulse Is Racing Mental Torture, Self Destroyer. Can't Ignore the Paranoia. Denying. The rising When hearing the shower sputter into a start, Levi let go off her self, letting her head spin with wants and needs for a moment. She itched at her track marks, wanting the heat of her chosen poison like that of a lovers fingertips. Her mind was consumed with the idea of it, and she wanted it. She began to rummaged through cabinets, trying to find a stash she’d hidden from herself. She’d already forgotten she was going to order pizza. Her mind was set on finding what she needed. The crying. I'm dying. They lied to me They shot at me They hate on me They're dead to me And now they're all my enemy

Kaylin beams at the waitress when she brings her her food, wiggling happily in her seat. Her head tilts slightly when she hears the question, mentally going over everything she had before shaking her head no. She looks like she wants to ask something before deciding not to, instead looking down at her food.

Nes sings softly to herself as she washes, unaware of what Levi was up to outside the bathroom. She was ensuring that every trace of the dumpsters stench is removed from her body, washing herself with a rose scented body wash ten times and still fairly certain she can smell it on her skin. She moves onto her hair, giving it several washes as well before she's mildly satisfied that she won't stink up the house now at least before shutting off the water. She quickly wraps a towel around herself and beelines for her room having forgotten to grab a change of clothes before getting into the shower.

Lacy nodded at the two women with a brief smile. "Interpreting will work. Just so long as we can all understand each other." She didn't think she'd ever met anyone who had ever spoken Irish. In her home town, you either spoke English or Spanish, and rarely did you meet someone who spoke both. Glancing at Mistee, who had climbed into her back seat, Lacy spoke, "And...it doesn't bother me, as long as Luna doesn't mind." Smirking, she added, "I'm always down to grab some grub."
Even though she had no clue, whatsoever, what the redheaded woman was saying, Lacy couldn't help breaking out in an uncharacteristic grin from ear to ear--her enthusiasm had become contagious. Unable to wipe the stupid grin from her face, she pulled the taxi out into traffic, heading for the Azure Hotel. *hugs* No problem. I'm just glad to see you back!

This time the waitress did giggle. "You really are happy to have this. Okay, you enjoy." She gives a slight bob of her head. Starting to move back as she figured Kaylin probably didn't want to feel watched while she ate, Gypsy didn't want to go too far. "I'll be close if you need anything else." Keeping Kaylin in her view, she wanted to think of a way to let Kaylin get her attention if she needed it. Short of the ways she really didn't like people using to get her attention, nothing really came to mind. Staying close would make it easy to see if she needed her for anything. Again it was a good thing the place wasn't too busy. Her mind wandered for a moment, different things tugging gently for notice. One of which being, 'Would that guy who had been nice enough to bring her name tag back come in for that drink tonight? Maurice, that was his name, right? Wonder if he would bother coming back, one drink is a bit of a tease . . .' She shook her head and looked around the area again, trying to keep her attention on work.

Luna shook her head at how quickly Mistee was speaking, only able to pick up a couple words. But the words that she did pick up bewildered her. How can they both be offering to pay for my dinner? I've already gotten a free lunch today, this just isn't normal. As Mistee got into the cab and continued speaking, Luna tried desperately to keep up with what she was saying (and failed miserably.) She pursed her lips and looked sideways at the hand hovering near her face. "G... Google? No, I'm definitely not Google Translate, if that's what you meant. If... if you could just talk a smidge slower? It's a little hard to follow you!"
She turned her face toward Lacy, turning over the words in her head, trying to separate them enough to get meaning out of them instead of jumbled sounds. "I think... It's a bit hard to tell, but I think she said she wants to pay cab fare, and I think she said thank you. Like twelve times." She couldn't help but smirk at her last addition. Luna thought that being an interpreter instead of a direct translator seemed like more fun, especially if she didn't -change- anything that Mistee said. She felt weird about accepting another free meal, but she didn't want to leave early since Lacy had offered her pain-dulling alcohol and her hands were starting to throb. "Dinner... dinner would be fine..."
As Lacy started driving, Luna thought about her very strange day. It had started off like any other day, but things just went sideways at lunch and she wasn't sure how. She looked back at Mistee and smiled, too, unable to be upset about anything after looking into the redhead's beaming face. She'd just have to accept that today is a weird day, and she was receiving gifts that normally she wouldn't.

‘cause I have other things to fill my time You take what is yours and I’ll take mine Now let me at the truth Which will refresh my broken mind And Ill find strength in pain Mistee looked at Luna who had glanced back at her. Her shoulders shrugged up, and she smiled, cheeks rosy with this new little adventure she was going on, “Tá tú ar aghaidh an-deas, raibh a fhios agat go bhfuil?” she said, then looked out the window, watching as things zipped past her view. She always loved looking out windows on car rides. She would make up stories for her mother as they drove along, entertaining her on their long commutes. “I miss green….”she said under her breathe so quiet she didn’t even notice she said it.
I’ll know my name as it’s called again So tie me to a post and block my ears I can see widows and orphans through my tears I know my call despite my faults And despite my growing fears

Something's Happening Mind Is Dripping, Agony Inside Of Me. My Pulse Is Racing Mental Torture, Self Destroyer. Can't Ignore the Paranoia. Denying. The rising Levi could feel herself getting feverish, skin itching like ants were crawling inside her skin. She started throwing things on the ground, dishing shattering on the floor as she became more and more aggressive in her search, “where…where…WHERE THE ******** IS IT!?” she howled, lifting a shelf and tipping dishes onto the floor again. She turned her focus on the bathroom door, stomping over and slamming a fist so hard onto the wood it cracked, “WHERE DID YOU PUT IT?!” she screamed before turning and slamming her feet down as she trudged upstairs to her room, slamming her door behind her. She was panting like a hungry dog now, eyes darting around her room for her chest. Her eyes connected with it like magnets and she ran to it.
Levi flung open the chest top, an instant feeling of relief coming over her. Her gaze only lingered on the needle a moment before she took it in hand, taking the spoon between her middle and forefinger. Her thumb rubbed over the cool glass as she closed the chest. If she couldn’t have her stash…she’d take from inventory. Levi opened her door walking over to their storage room and closing the door behind her, locking it behind her.

The Azure Hotel wasn't very far from where they were, so it would only take a few minutes to get there. Lacy glanced for a moment over at Luna in the passenger seat, and then again at the beaming redhead in the back seat. "Well, um....you're welcome...I guess? But seriously, it's really not a big deal. And keep your money. We were going in the same direction, anyway....you don't have to pay me."
A long time's worth of paying attention to every minute detail and being ready for anything that came her way let Lacy just make out the barely uttered words by Mistee. Poor woman, Lacy thought to herself. She's obviously not from around here....I wonder if she's adjusting ok? If she didn't...this city would eventually eat her alive. She shuddered silently at the thought. She'd seen more than one innocent soul gone dark when faced with all that lay in this city.
Shaking off the dark thought, she brightened when they pulled up to the Azure Hotel. She'd been here, on occasion, so she parked around back, in the employee parking lot. She knew several of the people that worked here--she often gave them free rides home when they were too wasted to make it there, themselves, and in exchange, she was able to park her cab well off of the street without getting in trouble....and every once in a while, she managed to get herself a free drink, too.

Nes jumps slightly when she hears Levi slam on the bathroom door and yell. She glances at her bedroom door and sighs, finishing putting her clothing on before flopping on her bed. Leaving her room didn't seem a terribly good idea until Levi had calmed down and, though Nes hated it, had had her fix. The German girl sighs again and curls into a ball, Levi had probably forgotten about getting food in her frenzy. "Fick mich..."
She glares at her wall as she waits for any sign that Levi had calmed down.

The girl gives Gypsy a thumbs up to indicate she heard her before tucking back into her food. Her feet kick happily as she chews, eyes flicking about the restaurant curiously. It didn't seem to busy at the moment, though the sun was starting to paint the sky in reds and purples as it sets. She accidentally takes too big a bite while she was distracted and winces in pain when she swallows it, the bulk of it hurting her throat as it went down. She frowns and turns her attention back to eating small bites at a time.

The bartender smiled cheerfully back at the introduction, "Well, welcome mister Aarron! You can call me Chip!" When the mechanic leaned in and whispered about a military discount, Chip was puzzled, wasn't service to your country supposed to be something you're proud of? But he simply nodded to Aaron, "We sure do! Come on over, we'll get you guys all fixed up~" Chip then hopped over to the counter, "The corner seat's open for you, Maurice!" "Just the way I like it." The boxer smirked and went to sit in his usual bar stool, motioning for Aaron to come sit by him.

The mechanic followed the bartender & the boxer in the bar nervously. His paranoia slowly rising in his gut. He was hoping the alcohol would help quell the uneasiness. He sat down beside Maurice. "...Uh..." he said looking at all the drinks, "Wh-What k-kind d-do you like Mr. M-Maurice..?"

Maurice smiled kindly as the mechanic sat beside him, trying to make him feel welcome and at least do something to make up for hurting his back on accident. The mechanic then asked what drinks he liked and he grinned. "Well I'm a fan of-" "He's into most beers," Chip cut him off, "The frothier the better! ...Unless it's scotch, he doesn't like scotch." The boxer just stared at Chip for a minute, slightly annoyed. "You know me better than myself, don'tcha?" Chip nodded with an impish smile, "Of course~!" Darcy watched in the back and rolled her eyes as she began to fill up a mug with Maurice's usual as Chip looked over at Aaron. "So what will it be, mister Aaron?"

He could not help be smile at the two friends bickering back & forth. When he was asked on his choice, Aaron responded, "Wh-Whiskey on th-the rocks wi-with a-a soda." Aaron was a fan of the harder liqueurs but enjoyed beers as well. The pain in his back was starting to subside the longer he kept sitting.
