.. um.. maybe Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicle. There are lots of kuroxfai moments (anime and manga), though, I haven't read the lattest chapters, so I don't know...
um, and also Lagoon Engine. Yen is blushing whenever Ayato's there.
Gundam Wing, Death Note and Fullmetal Alchemist too.

I am forced to say "Digimon". Even though there wasn't anything overt like there is in D.N.Angel or some others, the amount of plausable slash couplings is off the chart! Also, up until that seriously craptastic season 2 ending, there really weren't any official couples leaving us fans free to pair up whoever we wanted without truly messing with canon continuity. Damn that epilogue!
