Willow rolled her eyes and whispered to Panos, "YOU might like my ideas, comrade, but they," she motioned to the hares, "are waiting for someone to sugest something that involves slitting throats or stabbing vital iternal organs. But I am glad of your support."
She turned to Barrack ((that's his name, right?)) and said levelly, "So, are my ideas a bit too pacifist for yeh? Cause, If you fight fire with fire, you burn your paws. Only if you have the intelligence to fight fire with water is when you win." she paused, and then continued, "So, any hare in your army know how to disguise themselves?"

" Well, there was one, but she was killed, and we have no spies anymore." He said.

"That could pose as a problem..." mused Willow. "Still; we always could ask around." She stood up on the rock and addresed the remaining army. "HEY! Any of you know how to dress up as a fox?"

The army shuffled in embarrased silence. Then one came forward. It was Summer. " I do a little. Though not to much."

The mute hedgehog maid listened to the others talking and frowned, not one hundred percent behind the idea but unable to find a better alternative.

A figure padded silently along the dusty path of Mossflower Wood, features obscured by a long black hooded cloak. By its silhouette, it could be guessed that the figure was tall and lean. A sack with a long leather tie strap was slung over its shoulder. Pausing, the hooded one glanced up at the sun, then moved off of the path to a nearby tree. Sitting down, it undid the sack with gloved paws.

High up within the boughs of an old elmtree a black furred squirrel sat quietly chewing contendly on a scone he had pulled from the ragged haversack on his back. The cake was a bit stale but it didnt really bother the young beast. Although he did not seem alert his eyes constaly roved around making sure that nobeast was sneaking up on him. Shadis had learned the hard way how to protect his life.
As he took another bite his thoughts drifted back to his home drey that had been completly destroyed by a band of mecenary Foxes led by their leader Nettleblade. His entire family had been destroyed everyone except the young ones who were rounded up and forced into slavery including Shadis.
The black squirrel shhok his head clearing his mind of those memorys and reach up to touch the blue riverstone that had been shaped into a squirrels head attached to a cord around his neck.
