Morning had turned to the next phase of the day; afternoon. Kiala's supplies were running short. There wouldn't be any left for the night when it comes. Even though, the woman had eaten over half of hundreds of pounds of meat, her figure was still there. As the hour glass shape slipped from the roof to return to the second floor landing, her knees buckled as her hands and the balls of her feet softened her landing. Yet, when she looked up, the floor was rising above her. Eyes widen as her brain took the information and leapt on to another spot. As she rolled, and came to stand her eyes spotted a new hole in the floor and part of the floor shattered along the bottom. Growling, the meat laid everywhere.
As she wondered down the stairs Kiala huffed. What a mess! The hooks were lying about like a set trap and just asked to be stepped on. With a wave of her hand she swatted the strands that hung in the woman's face. This waiting was growing tiresome. Kicking the hooks to the side, deciding she would pick them up later, swept up her shirt and skirt and began to dress herself as she exited from the house.
Her nails were long and black, just like in her half form. That was as far as Kiala was willing to go. For now. Buttoning the last knob on her shirt, she walked on to school ground. The woman muttered as she just left it so after a few minutes of trying. The wind picked up. There was that smell again. Her eyes quickly wondered around to see what student or teacher it could be. Surely, there wasn't another teacher like herself? Was there? There were so many popping up now a days it was hard to keep track of.
The black weapons moved smoothly through the blonde strands as though not to look so untamed as she had acted back in the house. It was just like using a comb. One of the perks of having another form. Useful tools. A thought came to wonder what her young and bright students were up to? More than likely lolligagging about the school since Kiala went M.I.A.

The black-haired lycan stood against the cafeteria building, trying to choose whether to go for a quick run in the woods, or just go back to his dorm for the remainder of the day. Due to his lack of cigarettes, his breath still had the aroma of the meat he had devoured moments ago, instead of reeking of nicotine. Avi wasn’t so sure of which one was worse. Of course, it was a good thing that he hadn’t smoked, for surely his little nymph of a friend would track him down after classes. If she caught scent of cigarettes, she’d probably lecture him on their downsides, even though he wasn’t really affected by the things.
His green eyes closed as he let out a breath, which happened to fog the air in front of him for a second. Benaira was an odd girl; he wondered if that was the reason why she had become his friend. The gnome was interesting and insightful; at times overbearing, but she never really pried too much. Avi didn’t want to think about how long their friendship would last; but his relationships were always short and detached, so it was destined to die sometime.
As the bell rang, Avi’s already closed eyes tightened at the sound. The school bells were much too loud, they could at least tone it down for the three days involving their sickness. A small groan passed his lips as pain passed through him, and he opened his eyes to see those treacherous black claws of his growing in. “Damnit,” he cursed, pushing himself off of the wall and walking around the back of the building as to avoid the students who were leaving the cafeteria. He still couldn’t believe what he had done in there, but he was glad that once they left he’d get to eat in peace once more.
With the wind came various scents that invited themselves into Avi’s nostrils, but one scent in particular caught his nose. The reason for this was because it was another werewolf such as he, and he really hadn’t encountered any this year. Instead of obeying his urge to follow the scent, he set out to avoid it. Spotting a tree, he ran swiftly toward it, running up the trunk and pulling himself onto a branch, and then another until he was high enough to see the courtyard from his location. Avi even thought he spotted Benaira, but she had disappeared into the school before he could be sure. Bright green eyes scanning the school grounds for the owner of that lingering scent.

After taming the tangled mane, Kiala glanced around the school, on the concrete walk she watched the students hurried off to class; maybe it was because it was Ms. McDowell that was standing around. Either way the woman didn't mind it. All that she wanted to do was get to the cafeteria and eat, get supplies for the house, and just stay in her santuary. A hand slid in to her pocket and reach in to the small skirt pocket only to pull out a thin pack of cigarettes. As her hand reached up near her chest to search for a lighter she let her shoulders drop. "Great..." Once more she muttered as the pocket was empty.
Her eyes searched the school grounds. There had to be at least one slacker that didn't attend class. No one was perfect and the whole student body wasn't afraid of her. Not since they did away with in school punishment for teachers. "He gets all the fun..." Her hand slid the virginia purse back in to the tight pocket and began to near the cafeteria doors, yet again, when the tobacoo smell cleared, it was that scent from the woods. Quickly, she turned on her heels and followed it. Looking like one of the human's blood hounds.
Luckily enough, Kiala didn't have to lower and get on all four feet. The scent hung in the air like laundry. Maybe it was because of the full moon slowly creeping up to the night sky. The brillant eyes scanning the sceen. No one was there. Confusion was starting to set in the teacher until a bird cawed from a tree in the direction she had came out of the woods. The trees! It was then that her eyes started to study the trees.

Avi’s head turned as soon as the scent became more defined, watching as the woman seemed to walk away from the woods and towards the cafeteria. The lycan eyed her as she took out what seemed to be a pack of cigarettes, frowning in what seemed to be jealousy, but also finding amusement at her lack of lighter. ‘Looks like I have what she needs,’ as soon as the thought passed his mind, she had started towards his location. Mentally slapping himself as he realized that his scent was fresh in the air for her to follow. Avi really needed to stop procrastinating and move quicker; he didn’t have his speed for nothing.
Avi’s green eyes spotted the confusion in her features, glad that she hadn’t realized where he was. But that was, of course, too good to be true. ‘Damn birds,’ he cursed the stupid creatures, but made no move. His body still faced the courtyard, yet his head was turned in the teacher’s direction, and he knew as well as anyone that if something needed to be tracked down, a lycanthrope was the one you needed to ask. As he watched the female, he noticed that the way she was smelling the air was like that of a dog, causing a small smile to appear on Avi’s face, just barely showing his sharpened canines. ‘That’s what we are, right? Dogs’.
Avi was a bit confused about the teacher, she looked familiar, but the real question was why she was looking for him in the first place. ‘Do you really want my lighter that bad? Go find the shop teacher, all she has to do is snap a finger or two and vóila: Flame’. But, as always, that wasn’t the case. As she neared closer he finally recognized the woman as Kiala McDowell. Avi had her as a teacher for his first couple of years, but never really paid much attention, nor ever really saw her around since then. ‘Search to your hearts content, I’m not moving an inch.’

Why was this scent so new to her?! It was mentally killing her. Even the rumbling stomach had to wait as she searched the trees. Her eyes became closed as she just allowed her other side to take over her still almost whole human body. Her feet were bare as they skimmed over the grass, but the tough padding that had forced its way through the skin made it simple for anything she may step on to be difficult to hurt the woman's feet. The sharp talons stayed at her side as to keep balance. The wind playing with the shiny strands of blonde.
It was then that she realized that the wind had changed complete directions on her. It was no longer carrying his scent even if he had been a lycan, with a heavy musk, there was nothing left. It was then that her begging stomach was noticed. Hands came to grasp over the digestive organ. Taking one more quick look around, just one more deep breath, nothing. Turning back around she admitted defeat for today. As she walked across the grass she kept her eyes in front; eyeing the door to where the food was held. Reaching out for the handle, Kiala took one look back towards the stop the trail died. Eyes narrowed as to focus her eyes on one certain spot. Kiala gave a small sigh as her hand pulled towards her and a gust of wind from inside of the building came shooting out. It caused a deeper breath to be taken and Kiala's eyes to shut, but she walked in to the eating hall and let the door shut behind her.

Evie's ears perked when Ranofer asked if she would like to spend time with him. Something then suddenly occurred to her. Duh, she had the rest of the day off too! That meant she would be changing soon. It also meant she wouldn't be able to talk with Ran.. Would he mind if she accompanied him as an animal though? She really hoped not.
"Well," she started as a slight pink colored her cheeks. "I have to change actually, " Evie told him, already feeling the pull of her transformation. "But, if you don't mind hanging around with a snow leopard.." She trailed off as her ears drooped. No matter his answer she would have to change anyway. If he said no she would probably run around outside, because she didn't feel like staying coped up in her room.

“Great,” Avi muttered as the teacher gave up her search and stole away to the cafeteria. Not to be mistaken, he was glad she had left, but now he couldn’t just escape into the cafeteria like he had planned. It seemed that today just wasn’t this lycan’s day. If he did just go and eat, his hiding was done for absolutely. His stomach growled at him as he, once again, considered just going back to his dorm and forgetting the food. Avi’s eyes turned to look into the mass of trees that the woman had been exiting. Sighing, he jumped down from the branch, landing with his feet and one hand keeping him steady. Off he padded towards the woods and away from school grounds.
Avi’s thoughts were doubtful, but he still hoped that McDowell had left the woods for the night and wasn’t returning. At least until he finished a little jog and maybe found something to eat. Sure, he wasn’t fond of killing his own food, it brought out his savage side, and he liked to hide that part of him most often. He really had no choice in the matter, though, since his horrible luck only made it so he wasn’t able to stay in the cafeteria without a confrontation.
Bounding through the trees, Avi flew by the trees with grace. His raven-black hair brushed against his ears and forehead, while the brisk air breezed the locks away from his neck. He could feel the talons growing in, the uncomfortable feeling causing him to pause momentarily to pry the shoes off of his feet. After a good while, Avi had come upon a doe and its fawn. The emptiness in his stomach allowed him to go through with the first kill, quick and to the point. The female deer went down fast, due to Avi’s somewhat righteous sense of mercy. It was true he had spoken with detestation towards the humans, provoking the ‘kill or be killed’ judgment, but when it came to animals with such innocence as these, Avi wanted to get over with the process quickly. Most of the time he despised his primal necessities, but the lycan couldn’t help but agree with the pard from earlier. Whether he liked it or not, Avi felt empowered when he caught his prey; more so during this particular moon phase, of course.
After he was finished with the doe, he began to track the fawn. Most people had guilt towards hunting and killing baby animals. Though it was a small burden on his conscious, guilt for leaving the deer to fend for itself without guidance from its mother weighed down much more heavily. For that reason, Avi took haste in tracking the innocent creature.
His meal and gone down rather nicely, and Avi wiped the blood from his lips, wiping his hand on the rough fur of the fawn before rising from his crouched position. And, with a leap, he once again pulled himself up and into the sturdy branches of an oak, his orbs scanning the tree tops to see how far he had strayed from the school grounds. Although he found the information he had been initially searching for, Avi also caught a glance of something rather interesting. “Where did that come from?” he asked no one in particular, his voice low as the wind picked up.
Dropping from the tree, Avi jogged towards the location of the abandoned cabin. He had seen the roof from the tree branch, and as he neared the house, it was clear how he had missed it before. Various forms of brush and a swarm of trees had hidden the little cabin well. Carefully, he guided himself through the tangled branches, unsurprised to find that the door had simply opened when he pushed it lightly with his hand. ‘How long has this place been here? It looks like it’s falling apart..’ He scanned the room, noting the hooks and scraps of meat scattered across the floor, then glancing up to view the decent-sized hole in the ceiling. As he stepped through the mess, he gently pushed aside a couple of hooks with his bare feet, careful not to puncture his skin with the sharp objects.
Avi leapt up the stairs, luckily noticing that a couple of key steps were missing. This place was just a hazard in itself. It was a funny thing though, there were small traces of a familiar scent as he surveyed the second floor. It instantly hit him that the smell was so familiar, because it was her’s. No wonder why she was exiting the woods, she had this little place to herself; a place for her to think. Looking up, he jumped and climbed onto the roof. It seemed that McDowell was a trigger for jealousy in him. Even as he realized this, an amused smile appeared on his lips. A place like this was well-acquired, even if it had it’s structural downfalls. If Avi had a place like this, there was no doubt that he could find peace in his mind.

With only one more class to teach later on, Momo thanked her stars she had some time to herself. She'd already re-raised the hare, all left to do was wait for it's less-sentient soul to become reattached to it's body, a process that could take a little longer considering how drained it'd been.
The necromancer now sat behind her desk with Selene purring on her lap. She stroked the cat more out of instinct than actual habit, smiling to herself. "Say Selene, what do you think about casserole for dinner?"
After herbology, Chloe was left to wonder the campus as usual. She wasn't much for going to any other classes, but maybe she would be good today. Maybe...
She paced to a bench and simply watched everyone walk by. Maybe it was the impending moon, or not having seen pan since she woke up, either way, she was not in the mood to mess with other as usual. She simply sat there. staring dully at nothing in particular.
"Alors ennuyeux..."
((*cough* I don't like to barge in on others so... yeah >>))

The woman wasn't seated at one of the tables with mounds of food. It would cause many of the students to stare, even though it didn't bug her, there was just some things that the students didn't need to see. Her brain flashed back to her first biology class with that little girl. As cruel as it was, Kiala knew that from that on her class just might get smaller. She wasn't the teacher to have a big class, but more of a small so that way the students could get a better chance at having their problems worked out quickly.
Kiala was in the back near the freezer. It was always a smart idea to have friends in different places. Like, the lunch lady when you're a lycan. Able to strike deals and maybe solve one of their problems. It wasn't a even that long ago that a trouble making student had caused such grief that the lady bargained with Kiala that if she made that one particular student's life hell Kiala would be welcome to the stock of meat. Waving to the woman with netting in her hair. A twisted smile with missing teeth was given back. When in the freeze the look of the other sent a shiver down Kiala's spine. Not even the cold could cause someone to shake so much as that woman's smile. Shaking her head, Kiala went to work taking the empty boxes and filling them with the juicy steaks, pork, and some meat Kiala didn't even know, yet they were still good.
As the woman bent her legs to reach the bottom box, skin on her fore arm began to stretch, the bones enlongated and muscles grew. It seemed as though her form didn't take its time to come out. The lycan managed to tame what parts of her other side that wasn't needed back in to its slumber. The two rather large boxes weighed what seemed to be only twenty pounds in a human state. Exiting from the freezer and shutting the door Kiala moved through the kitchen until she came to the back door.
Using the corner of the box to push the handle down and gave a small nudge. Worried that if given to much, she may end up jamming the hindges, there were no students outside. Her eyes didn't spy the small Chloe that had sat on the bench far off in the distance. It wasn't her worry at this point. She just wanted to return to her little hide away.

. .Pan guided Miya hurriedly across the courtyard in the center of the school, and into the small building next the the class building, which housed the gym on it's first floor, and a small library as well as the administrative offices on it's second.
"Last names sounds like a fine idea, miss Miya." he replied, cheerfully rhyming as he pushed open the door to Cyrano's office, which in itself had a door leading to Corinth's. He pulled Miya closer to his side, and tapped his foot annoyedly to get the redheaded secretary's attention, an action completely out of sync with his cheerful grin.
"Hallo, Cyrano. This is my friend," he intoned, his words accented with a wink, "Miya. She needs to talk to the big bad vamp about getting a schedule change. D'you suppose I can trust you to not eat me if I'm all alone with you while they meet?" Each word was said with a sing-song melody, but the tone got deeper with each syllable.
The secretary rolled his eyes and nodded, gesturing towards the door behind him. "He's all yours, bambina." the mage-turned-vampire replied, his italiano accent subtle but noticeable.. .

Bell considered her options and cautiously raised her hand to volunteer. If she went first, then she could tell as much or as little as she wished to, and she wouldn't have to follow anyone else's examples or give too much information about her past in the process. Uncertainly she stood and turned so that she was facing the class.
"My name is Mirabell Airving, but I usually go by 'Bell' so you're welcome to call me by that name. I'm a bless mage in my first year of studying here at St. Francis..." she hesitated, trying to think of what else she ought to include in her introduction. She'd never had to give a speech as the new kid at a school before, but a few teachers had asked the students to give similar introductions when she was in elementary and middle school. It was just hard remembering what had been in them after all these years. "Um... I'm taking three classes this year: a healing internship with Mrs. Yuri, Beginning Mechanics, and this one. Er... I hope to get to know you better" she temporized at the end, unsure of what else to say and then slowly turned back around and sat down in her seat. She hoped that would be enough for Horatio and that no other questions would be asked of her. She didn't think she wanted to answer any questions that might be put to her.

. .The tech mage watched Bell's nervous speech intently, and nodded when she sat back down. "Thank you, Bell." she replied, then scanned the rest of the room. "Anyone else? How about you, little journalist?" Horatio continued, staring directly at Sade.
"Or anyone, for that matter. Don't be shy, it's not like I'm going to eat you.". .

Sade glanced up from her journal and saw the teacher starting at her. She did not blush, show embarrassment or anything as some normal people would. Instead she simply stood up and said "I'll go" in a loud and clear voice.
Turning to the rest of the class she looked over them all for once and said "My name is Sade Dixon, I am an elemental witch and I have come here to help me control my wind a bit better. I come from a large family of witches mostly Irish though my father is English. I have four older sisters and one younger brother. All but my younger brother are in schools like this one around the world" not thinking of anything else that was relevant to her past so she turned her head and looked at the teacher "I'm done" she said and the sat down again.
Grabbing her pencil she flipped open her journal and wrote down, 'I just introduced myself, talked mostly of my family and a little bit of my powers. It wasn't all that bad though the girl before me seemed to be really nervous' Done with writing down her thoughts she put her pencil on the journal to keep the page then looked up again wondering who else would get up to talk. Scanning the room her blue eyes were piercing and slightly intimidating as well though it was unintentional.

Miya had been looking around, trying to memorize how things were laid out and where they were before Pan spoke again. Miya giggled at his rhyming, but quickly felt the tiny butterflies in her belly as they neared the principles' office. She hoped it wouldn't be too much trouble to change her schedule.
The witchling was quickly blushing again after they entered the office when she heard the tone Pan referred to her with. She wondered at the interesting relationship Pan had with the teachers and staff here, thinking that Pan must be pretty cool to have such an interesting relationship with all of them. She quickly bowed, though, to Cyrano, smiling shyly at him, noting his slight annoyance with Pan and trying to help alleviate, or at least not add to, that annoyed feeling.
"Grazie, Signore." She smiled shyly and bowed again. She thought it was interesting that she picked up on his Italian accent, and felt that it was okay to use Italian words with him, since he used them first. It had been so long since she spoke any Italian at all. She was quite fluent in French, but before her father could teach her much of the Italian language, they were lost to the bloody jaws of war... She knew very little, but it was fun and nostalgic to use the language again.
She moved slowly, a bit nervous to finally meet the vampiric king of their academy. She knocked timidly, three times, before turning the handle and peeking in with shy curiosity. From that angle, she couldn't see his face, just part of his arm. Upon his allowance, she entered the large office, bowing her head respectfully before their eyes even had a chance to meet.
When she looked up, blush spread over her features. He was so young! And handsome too! "U-um, h-hello Mr. Trelix!" She was astonished at his features, not thinking that a principal could be such a young man. "Hello." He smiled at her. "What have you come to see me for today, young lady?" She quickly perked up, embarrassed at being tongue tied when she saw him. "Oh, u-um I'm here because I need to change my schedule." She then explained to him about the hard time she had dissecting things in Ms. McDowell's class, and how she wasn't even sure what her other classes were yet because they had been canceled. She did, however, leave out that she had skipped her last class to have lunch with some friends. He then discussed with the witchling what classes she thinks she could handle, and what she would rather take. After a little while, it was decision time.
"Alright, well..." His voice was thoughtful, as he looked over her old schedule on his computer. "I think we can change this quite easily. You'll keep your other classes, we'll just give you Advanced English instead of Biology for your morning class. You have Greek History Mondays and Fridays, and you'll also keep your Basic Ability Control as your last class. Okay?" Miya smiled and nodded quickly, happy that it was all sorted out so easily. "Okay, then I'll send messages out to your teachers about the change and Mr. Leveque will see you tomorrow morning." He smiled to her and gave a quick nod to her bow before she left with a "Thank you so much!" on her way out.
She exited the smaller office, into the larger one. "It's taken care of!" She said gleefully to Pan and Guidanci, forgetting his distaste for females, which she would later regret, hoping she didn't annoy him.
((I dunno if I should wait for Lumi to play the principal or not... I guess I'll just wait and see... Kinda god-modded a tiny bit, sorry D': Just thought it would make things easier...

“Don’t worry about it,” Ran shrugged to Evie, a reassuring smile brightening his features as he saw her ears droop. He got around the other ways to answer her question, since most of them were lies, and if he lied to her she would easily find out. “I’ll even run around with you if you’d like,” the demon offered. ‘Not that I really want to..’
Ranofer could just imagine himself running and fooling around with the pard. The whole scene would probably be a funny thing to watch. He would most likely try to find a spot that people usually didn’t flock to, maybe the woods. ‘No, the woods will probably be crawling with a bunch of lycanthropes for the next few days. I don’t want to run into too many of them’.
“C’mon, let’s just go,” the demon stood abruptly, though looked down at the pink-cheeked Evie and held out his hand for her to take once more. Walking towards the door, Ranofer started, “So..” but the entrance of Kiala cut off his train of thought for a small moment. He watched the teacher trail to the back of the cafeteria before he finished his sentence, “Anywhere you’d like to go in particular or..”
